The tacos here are delicious, priced at $3.50 each, making them a great value for the quality. I especially love the beef head tacos — they’re tender and flavorful, definitely a standout item on the menu. The outdoor seating area is a nice touch, providing a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Service is efficient, and the food comes out quickly even when it’s busy. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a casual place to hang out, this spot delivers on both. Highly recommend trying it if you’re in the area, especially for taco lovers!

My favorite food truck around offering authentic Mexican food with friendly service, at a convenient location, served pretty quickly. I would highly recommend the carne asada tacos, burritos, and obviously, the Oaxacan cheese is a must. The meat always tastes fresh and of good quality. The salsas are also very authentic and pair perfect with the food. It’s cash only, so come prepared.

Tried the cabeza and al pastor super burritos for $12 each, cash only, no tax. Normal size. Meats were flavorful and good. Lacking salsa and guacamole/avocado. It’s just beans, rice, cheese, meat. I like that they grilled the tortilla. Overall, not a balanced complete burrito, but it’s decent. I’ve had better. Located at a corner gas station. Ample parking spaces. 1 table to sit and eat at. Not busy Saturday dinner time, order was ready in 5 mins

Ordered Taco and Brito. Served by the truck but cleanness looks ok. Brito was $12 so almost the same range as regular restaurant. Waited 3 minutes and food served was cooked. It was hot meal. I liked the taste. Should come back

I’ve been to this place a million times. My friend who didn’t like Mexican food tasted their tacos and now makes plans for taco Tuesday with me at this place .
This truck is tucked away in a gas station’s parking garage.
The tacos are to die for. They’re very flavorful and the side sauces add a good kick to the already amazing tacos.
I’d recommend their chicken & pork tacos.

Tacos y Tlayudas El Ejuteco has become my cherished discovery in the local food truck scene, transforming from a chance encounter into my go-to destination for delicious Mexican cuisine. This cash-only establishment serves up dishes that consistently exceed expectations, both in flavor and generosity.

The crown jewel of their menu is undoubtedly the al pastor torta, which introduced me to an unexpected but delightful twist – the addition of beans. The interplay of textures, combined with the traditional pineapple in the al pastor, creates a harmonious blend of sweet, savory, and creamy elements that elevate this sandwich to memorable heights. Their chicken quesadillas deserve special mention, striking the perfect balance between crispy exterior and melted, flavorful filling.

What sets this food truck apart is their attention to the details that many establishments overlook. The pickled vegetables, served in generous portions, add a bright, acidic counterpoint to their rich main dishes. Their taco selection maintains high quality across the board, and the burritos, are certainly worth exploring as well.

The establishment’s character shines through not just in their food but in their genuine hospitality. During one visit, when I found myself a dollar short while purchasing a Jarritos after my meal, they graciously accepted what I had – a small gesture that speaks volumes about their customer service philosophy. This kind of personal touch, increasingly rare in today’s dining landscape, helps foster a loyal customer base.

While the cash-only policy might require some planning ahead, it’s a minor inconvenience given the quality and value provided. Whether you’re craving authentic Mexican street food or seeking a reliable quick meal, Tacos y Tlayudas El Ejyteco delivers consistency, generosity, and flavor in every dish. It’s more than just a food truck – it’s a testament to the enduring appeal of well-executed, unpretentious cuisine.

I was born and raised in Oaxaca City and decided to give this place a try. I will happily say that they absolutely exceeded my expectations in terms of their flavors, service, and atmosphere.

This food truck is located within the parking lot of a local gas station at E Calaveras Blvd & S Park Victoria Dr. There was enough parking at the time I drove in. The guy who took my order greeted me in Spanish with a smile and acted very genuinely and cordially.

I ordered 2 lengua tacos. The portions were appropriate, and the meat was perfectly cooked and tasted both juicy and very, very, authentic. The onions and cilantro had been freshly diced and made me smile when I squeezed lime juice on both tacos. They gave me two small containers with their red and green salsas. Yes, their salsas immediately activated long-stored memories in my taste buds. I can say that it flew me back to Oaxaca. My whole mouth watered at the first bite, so to extend the feast in my mouth and soul, I made 4 tacos with the double tortillas.
I will be coming back with friends and family and I think you should too.

Ask for chicken burrito with no rice no beans and double meat. They put extra cheese and for $12 this is a great taste and protein for money! Their Al Pastor is great too!

Had 2 super burritos. Highly recommend the cabeza. Pastor was alright (a little unexpected), tasted a bit like an Indian spice mix. Very much needs the salsa provided. Cash only.

It’s a food truck. Seating is a folding table.

Edit: tripa burrito was pretty good too; comes with crunchy fried bits. A bit on the rich side; perfect with salsa.

If you have not heard of a Tlayuda, do yourself a favor and stop at this lunch truck! Asap! They are like Mexican pizzas, but not really it’s a big fried tortilla, and they add up to 3 types of meats. Delicious. It is a Oaxaca dish in Milpitas!
