I went inside to order the lady taking my order was very rude to me. Not only was she rude she purposely made my order wrong. I told about five times that I didn’t want beans in my burrito and guess what my first bite into the burrito it was full of beans. I had to buy another order and when it was my turn for her to take my order she turned around and left. She started doing other things rather than taking my order. When I received my orders I didn’t have a box (I ordered a Taco party box) and when I looked around everyone else had boxes.
Don’t go to this Taco Bell/KFC. People are rude and the food was disgusting on top of that.

I order taco supremes. I had to go buy sour cream. This is what they gave me. Stop cheaping out. I ordered this tonight 1/18. No wonder the Taco Bell on US1 is packed. Literally a line wrapping around and this one is empty. Your employees are incompetent.

I was at Taco Bell a little while ago and one of the attendants was super rude didn’t greet nor asked if I needed sauce with my order didn’t give me my drink I had to remind her, and all my tacos were soaked in grease barely able to hold in my hand without a grease bath! As a fast food restaurant worker my number one priority are my customers, the employees in your establishment need better training, your night shift staff can afford a lesson on proper etiquette and treatment of customers. As it is because of the public that the restaurant maintains itself and provides employment to the team members at your location! I suggest another orientation course for your night shift including your Manager as she is unable to make decisions without fear of some sort…

Formal Complaint Regarding Staff Conduct on July 16th
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of two of your employees on July 16th. I visited your establishment and interacted with a woman with braids and a man working alongside her at the drive-thru.
When I inquired if it was permissible to order from both restaurants via the drive-thru, the female employee responded with the demeaning comment, “stop being a cry baby.” This disrespectful and entirely inappropriate remark is unacceptable.
The conduct of these individuals is a disgrace to your franchise and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service. I strongly recommend immediate and extensive customer service training for your staff to prevent similar incidents from occurring.
As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant and will share my experience with others, encouraging them to seek dining options elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. Not only was my food not ready when I arrived—even though I ordered ahead—but the woman at the counter got aggressive with me when I simply asked for the address to make sure I was at the right location. She literally started yelling at me like I did something wrong. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years, this first time, That I get treated so bad at the drive thru. Wow worse customer service ever the lady at the drive thru was super Rude yelled that she needed a Vacation while I was at the window so unprofessional. Just because, I had difficulty hearing her at the time. If you don’t feel like working don’t come to work point blank leave your issues at home. So I went in to complain and the manger was rolling her eyes the whole time that was talking to her about the situation and had the nerve to tell me that the lady at the window says that all the time like really lol
