That’s it! That’s literally all you need to run a perfect Chipotle because the food is always good.
Good ownership or what. Thank you !
I went into this Chipotle and everyone was treating me well except for one employee — a middle-aged Latino man working on the line. I asked for double steak, and when the other employee next to him (who was handling toppings like lettuce and sour cream) looked at my bowl, he said, “That looks like a triple, not a double.”
Instead of checking politely or clarifying, he went back to the steak portion and dumped some of the steak out of my bowl. I found that extremely disrespectful and unsanitary — once food is already served, it shouldn’t be taken off the plate.
What made it worse was that the manager saw the whole thing and didn’t step in or apologize. He just said, “We didn’t charge you for the extra scoop,” but that wasn’t the point. The situation was handled poorly, and I was honestly shocked.
I almost walked out, but I was so hungry I decided not to make a scene. Still, this kind of behavior is unacceptable — both the way the employee spoke to me and how he rushed through the rest of the process. He said cream and cheese and I said sure and proceeded to put the lid on. I wanted to ask for corn and what I usually get but I literally was so over it.
I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.
The food here is always cold. The proportions are always small. When you go to this location a few hours before closing, There are always a list of ingredients not available to add to your bowl or burrito.
I don’t recommend going here ever. The location on Beverly Blvd is way better.
The reason this location gets 3 stars is because when I was there the restaurant was very dirty and not kept up at all as you will see by the pictures.
Also the service was not good the staff was fighting among themselves which was very unpleasant for visitors to experience.
Edit 1: Burritto was also disappointing. Rice hard, meat cold, beans were forgotten. I think that was the last Chipotle in my life. We threw away more than half of 2 Burritos. Too bad about the ingredient
