Terrible service. The place was not clean, and the staff was disrespectful and unprofessional—if not outright racist.
I ordered a breakfast with a large orange juice. As soon as I tasted it, it was clearly watered down. I informed the staff immediately, but instead of replacing it, they asked me to wait.
After finishing my breakfast, I requested a refund for the orange juice. The woman at the register told me she was off the clock. I then asked to speak with a manager. He showed no apology or empathy, took my card to the back, and after several minutes returned with the “great news” that I would have to wait a week for my refund.
Very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this place. Stay away.

The food was great! But I overheard them talking about my order and how much it was to make the order, mind you it was only 3 large fries and the pack of cookies and which they called me Cookie Monster. Not to mention it was not even that busy so why are they complaining anyway?

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at. Sat in curbside for over 20 minutes waiting on 3 damn sandwiches. When I get home and open it. The sandwiches aren’t even wrapped. The biscuit one was rock hard and NOT edible. It’s unbelievable that it’s called a “fast food restaurant “ when it takes longer to get food here than a sit down place.

Food was subpar and cold, my fries were halfway full, ice and ketchup were empty. Bathroom was so gross I wouldn’t let my granddaughter go and the floor was so greasy it was like an ice skating rink. Disappointed I stopped in and won’t be ever again.

Had to leave one star with we could leave 0. Starting off with the fact we had to wait 15 minutes at the window for someone to even acknowledge us. The lady at the window closed the window on us mid question, handed us drinks with 0 ice in it and bags with nary a single napkin. We checked, the machine was working. When we asked for ice for our drinks she acted like we asked her for her first born child. Do better Brandon Mcdonalds. It breaks my heart when things like this happen to such loyal customers. I have always been there for McDonald’s. Since the littlest pet shop toys in the meals to the grimace shake. I wish this McDonald’s was here for me today.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I was truly shocked what I heard when walking in to pick up my food. All I heard was yelling, cussing, and even some slurs being shouted from the kitchen for the whole restaurant to hear. Nobody in the back seemed to care, and I’m sure the children eating inside learned some new vocabulary words. I’d expect better from a “professional” establishment.

The service is incredibly slow. The majority of the time, there is something wrong with my order – missing items, incorrect items, cold items when they should be hot, quality of the fresh ingredients is low. When attempting to address with the team, it is always a cumbersome process. I have attempted to give chance after chance, hoping to have a better experience. Today’s experience was the last one for me.

at first entrance, it looked fresh and new. We haven’t been there for a while. but upon gaining eye sight inside. This place left a whole bunch to be desired. stuff all over the floor including a soiled knife, napkins, paper straw covers. the tables were dirty. Then the food came. NOT good. the fries were cold and shriveling, the sandwich meat was cold/burger& chicken. There were not less than 3-4 attendants that entered the eating lobby and not a single one of the made any effort to pick up anything or wipe down the tables or menu monitors. Again, if want to charge big bucks for food it better be more edible than this was. I am appalled. And it wasn’t even busy *I could only guess!

Worst service yet. Hello I am 13. Just wanted to say that you’re customer service sucks, the person in the drive through was deaf we had to repeat what we ordered. And you’re burgers were kinda cold fries tasted a bit off, I got food poisoning I was on the toilet from 2 in the morning to 4 I was throwing up a lot. I ordered the double cheeseburgers. And large fry. Please don’t waiste you’re money on this. Unless you want food poisoning. Please get new workers. Thank you for reading this. Have a great day 🙂
