As a drive thru restaurant only, the parking lot and drive thru lane were very clean and the yard was well maintained. From what I could see from the drive up window, the store was very clean. The employees were extremely nice and seemed to be knowledgeable about the menu. My food and drink order was accurate, hot, and tasted good. Highly recommend this location of Pal”s.

I’m not sure if my state of intoxication lead me to this or it really was so but… it was a fantastic double cheeseburger. Dressed to the gills without specifying, tender and just salty enough. Big white onion rings and not too thick of tomatoes. The first time I was here the fries were horrible. This time much better when asking for a little extra seasoning. All and all I would recommend this place to out of towners. It’s no Whataburger but it’ll eat.

I went to the Pals in Bloomingdale TWICE and my drink is still messed up. I don’t understand what’s so hard about getting a drink the correct way but I’m assuming the peach was about out and they’re too cheap to get a new tub.

I Love going here when I go back home and believe me I eat here a lot. When I came through the people up front were very nice and most of the time knew what I wanted to order. Can’t go wrong here and their milkshakes are out of this world thick and delicious.

I never really have anything negative to say about Pal’s. The food is always hot and fast and the sweet tea is always cold and fresh. If you’ve never had Pal’s before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? Stop by any of their locations and try a sauceburger or a Big Pal burger and never forget those wonderful fries!
