This is the best pan pizza I’ve had from any of the locations I’ve been to. I take that highly. The pepperoni was crispy, the dough was cooked very well, and the wings were crispy as well. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Service was fine. Ordered a pizza, for pickup, with three toppings, paid extra for the toppings and the pizza came with none on a few pieces. Not even cheese on the pizza. The gentleman that pulled the pizza from the oven saw that it had no toppings, while I was waiting, and still gave me the pizza. I will check the pizza next time before leaving

Pizza was good. Service was not great but not bad. It’s apparent that pizza hut no longer focuses on dine in. The guy working the back and register has to also tend the dine in. No cups, no soda fountain. Pizza is delivered in boxes to your table.

HORRIBLE experience at the LV store…i took in about a dozen people. There was no cups for drinks, no ice, no salad, minimal napkins, dirty bathrooms, hard breadsticks. The guys working had lose hair. Definitely not going back

Customer service is too bad. They are talking rudely and he is not giving correct explanation for the questions. So I canceled the order and asked for refund, he says its refunded and I asked for a receipt and he says I cant provide one then I said I need my receipt or else I will call the cops then he called his manger took 15 mins and gave me the receipt. Now I was wondering did he made the refund when asked the first time.

Let’s set the scene. It’s Friday night and I’m starving after long day at work. We order $50 dollars worth of food. We go pick up and my husband jokes “look out for hair, they’ve got the lead singer of Coheed and Cambria back there without a hair net” gross I thought. As we get home and open the pizza, I have the first pick. I reach for the best looking slice and slap it on my plate. As I add cheese and examine it, I noticed something poking out. Maybe it’s just cheese? No!! It’s a freaking hair intertwined and baked into the entire slice of pizza! I am livid. I call for a refund and they wanna see the pizza. At that point all the food was in trash because gross. So I brought in that picture. Wear a freaking hairnet!!!!
