I had such an amazing experience at Juicy Crab! The wait was about 40 minutes, but it was 100% worth it. The staff kept everything moving and the atmosphere was still welcoming while we waited.
Zykeem, the manager, really stood out. He was professional, attentive, and made sure guests were taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and runs a tight ship.
Chilyah was our server and she was AMAZING. Super friendly, attentive, and on point the entire time. She checked on us consistently, made sure our food came out right, and kept the energy positive. She really made the experience feel personal.
The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Between the great service and the quality of the food, it was easily a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back!

I just visited The Juicy Crab and I honestly had a really good experience. As soon as we walked in, the vibe was amazing. The music and energy were on point, and it felt like a place where you could actually relax and enjoy yourself.
The staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Everyone had a good attitude and kept checking on us. The manager even came by to make sure we were okay, which I really appreciated because that extra effort definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
The atmosphere was one of my favorite parts. The different color booths are so cute and give the place a lot of personality. And honestly, the chalk wall was the best thing — such a fun and creative touch that really makes the restaurant stand out.
The food was really good too. Everything came out hot, fresh, and the flavor. The portions were solid, and nothing felt rushed.
Overall, I had a great experience here. Amazing vibe, friendly staff, attentive management, great food, and a fun atmosphere all around. I’d definitely come back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for good seafood and a good time.

Finally made it out to try this spot after seeing it a few times on social media. We’re giving it a 3/5 overall for a few reasons.
Our group ordered the hot option expecting it to be spicy. While some of us can handle spice more than others, we all agreed it wasn’t really spicy. We ordered a side of extra hot to try, but the waiter took quite a while to bring it out. most of us were almost done with our food, so we ended up canceling it after several minutes of waiting.
We also decided to try the fish bowl drinks that were advertised as being served with fruit, candy, and ice in a fish bowl . Unfortunately, they came with none of that, which was disappointing . Luckily, we were able to send them back and switch to a plain beer instead.
Overall, between the service and food, it was an okay experience, but not quite what we expected. 3 out of 5 for us.

First time trying this restaurant and had a great experience! Fast and friendly service, our server Liz and the manager Zykeem were AMAZING, the food was flavorful and hot, loved the atmosphere and R&B greatest hits… Will definitely come back.

We came in and there was a long wait. The wait was longer than expected and we were becoming frustrated but the manager Zykeem swooped in and saved the day. He made sure we were sat comfortably and ensured his server Chilyah took good care of us. The food took a while due to it being packed but we were checked on during the duration of our visit. When the food made it, it was delicious and the drink were good as well! I really admire the way Zykeem stayed calm and attentive even though it was super busy. I really appreciate his and Chilyah’s service. 10/10 will recommend

I came to The Juicy Crab on Sunday (03/08/26) and it was pretty busy when I got there, but the service was still really good. We were seated within about 5 minutes. The manager greeted us, introduced himself, and made us feel really welcomed. He let us know our server would be right with us.
Our server came within about 3 minutes and got us situated even though it was busy. The food came out fast, everything tasted really good, and the drinks were good too (I think the manager made them).
Overall it was a 10/10 experience. Good food, good drinks, good music, and a really welcoming team. The girls were pretty, the guy was handsome, and everyone had a good vibe. I’d definitely recommend people try it if they’re in the area. I’ll definitely be back!

We were a party of five celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and the execution of the meal was flawless. For appetizers, the seasoned green beans and calamari were top-tier—perfectly prepared and some of the best seafood I’ve encountered in five decades.
Our table ordered five different boils featuring shrimp, sausage, mussels, and crab. Each was exceptionally well-seasoned and arrived exactly as promised. It is rare to find a place that balances a festive, family-friendly atmosphere with such high-caliber culinary consistency.
