I am extremely disappointed with my today’s experiences at Wingstop, Hyattsville store around 8:15pm. I received an e-card promo for 5 free boneless wings valid until March 16, and when I went to redeem it, the restaurant staff refused to honor it. Not only did they deny the valid promo code, but the staff member behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. The attitude and rough behavior were completely unacceptable.
This is not the first issue I’ve faced. In a previous online order, my drinks were missing, and no proper resolution was provided. Over the past two months, I have consistently experienced poor service, careless mistakes, and unprofessional staff behavior.
This level of service is extremely disappointing. Customers expect basic courtesy and honesty when redeeming promotions and placing orders. Based on these repeated bad experiences, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I know it’s just a wing stop, but this particular location has been amazing everytime we’ve ordered. The food has been spot on and the service always comes with a smile and a “have a nice day” which is rare these days. Will continue to get our wing fix here and only here. 10/10.

The wings were very were very good, probably the best I’ve had from a wingstop. However the service took a while, probably 25-30 minutes from start to finish. They seemed to be understaffed. There was a ton of people waiting there. Also the prices were pretty ridiculous.
I would say lower the prices and hire more workers, but don’t change anything about the chicken. Then people will love the place and you’ll get more business.

I had two flavors here, the traditional wings with mango habanero and the boneless with garlic Parmesan. The traditional ones are ok and had some flavor. But the Parmesan was not great, it was fried properly but didn’t have any taste to it. I would not order them..! But the staff were friendly and the place was clean.
