I asked for a cup of ice for my bottle water, and they charged me for it, It’s 95° outside you think maybe a rewards member could receive ice on a extra hot day without an additional cost. I even asked at the window. If I use my Dunking thermos, if she could put the ice in it, and she said, “Nope, No sorry.” I ordered a latte that’s the only thing that was right. I ordered hashbrown, and I don’t know how many are normally in it an order, but this looks like less! I frequent Dunkin Donuts all over the place. This was not a good experience! If I could give less than one star, I would!

I live less than 5 mins from thus location and I avoid it. Every time I ask for light ice in a drink they fill my cup with more ice then normal it feels like. Also the portions are never the same as other locations. Every time I order my large iced macha latte from this location I always have more ice then drink, even when I ask for less ice. Heck they can even do their doughnuts correct. My wife pick us up food 1 doughnut and our drinks and the doughnut was stale!!?? Worse yet they struck again with the ice after I ordered less ice.
The only nice thing about this location is the physical store and that’s only because they just remodeled like 1-2 months ago at most. Do not go here u less you want to be disappointed.

Usually pretty good and pretty quick with orders. Unfortunately today they gave me almost half full cup of latte that cost $5! They replaced it which was nice. Donuts are a lil crunchy around the edges but not gonna make a fuss over that. Overall I’d come back

Charging a dollar for water is ridiculous, and every-time I come through the drive thru If I have rewards they never come off the total of the order and they always try and charge me even though the points come off of my account. Everytime!

This is a privately owned Dunkin’ Donuts therefore, all of their prices are jacked up at least two dollars extra from what it normally should be. A normal refresher drink is $4.10 at a regular DD, when I paid $6.50 at this location! It’s unnecessary greed!

We go to all different Dunkin’ Donuts, and for some reason our same order we get throughout our city is always way more whenever we go to this Dunkin’ Donuts absolutely ridiculous. Just advised to stay away from this place, and then they have the audacity to mess up the order constantly, if there was a possibility, give them something less than one Star I would.

Hey everyone! I usually just come here for coffee. I’ve ordered breakfast before and wasn’t impressed, but the coffee is great! I’m not a fan of their donuts, but I love the ice cream and coffee. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit. I prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks any day! Starbucks gets too much hype and is just average, outside of the special caffeine they use in their coffee! while Dunkin’ often gets overlooked.
