Stopped over to get some coffee and snack . Surprised to see they ran totally out of donuts . I think it was about closing time .. we went about 30 mins before close .. no donuts . Coffee was average . Good service .. will have to visit next time to see.. thought of giving a 3 but gave a 4 .

One of the worse Dunkin’s in the area,drive through staff couldn’t manage a drive through volumn of 5 cars resulting in attitude When I tried to correct my order three times because it was displaying the incorrect request on the screen. I have no problem waiting while they catch up, especially if they’re busy but to be told OK I’m ready and then to incorrectly get my order wrong three times and then get mad at me when I’m trying to correct what it says on the screen So that I don’t have to have anything remade. Very disappointing.

Served a cold breakfast sandwich and lukewarm tots! Looked at me like I was the issue! When I returned the cold sandwich, it appears to have ruffled some feathers! Do better! That was my second try in 4 years! And yea…… NEVER GOING BACK!

What a joke! I asked for Hazenut iced coffee with liquid sugar and they put iced Tea in the window. I gave the the order again…I should have tasted it.Cold milk a ton of granular sugar and no coffee to speak of. The donuts were hard . The phones don’t work so I couldn’t contact a manager. Stay away

Unfortunately, had a terrible experience here just recently. I went through the drive-through. I was one of the last cars in line and I ordered one bagel and as I drove off, I noticed it was made incorrectly so I turned around to just let them know and get it corrected. When I got to the window, I was informed they cannot take the food back, but I insisted that it was incorrect so either I throw it out and they make me a new one or they could take this one and throw it out but whatever they decide, this issue needs to be rectified. Again, I was the only one to drive through at this time And the young girls at the window when they brought it to the man attention in the back, Joey He peaked his head out from the back and shouted at me “why are you doing this to me?! I have a line wrapped around the building!” Again, I was the only one in the drive-through and I had pointed that out, and I had requested that I parked, and I was more taken back by how rude on professional and sloppy this man was in the back who was preparing food. When the girls brought the food out to me, I believe their manager was one of them, and I voiced my concerns about how he handled the situation. There just seemed to be a lack of care. It’s unfortunate because there’s not many Dunkin in this area and I certainly will not be returning due to the service atmosphere professionalism.

Riders aware!!!
Not a great place for riders for a quick coffee stop. I order egg and cheese on croissants and my fellow rider ordered order sausage egg and cheese on croissant. Got the order completely wrong. On top of that coffee was cold.
Staff had unnecessary attitude. i guess wawa next door would be better option.

The food is general Dunkin quality. Sometimes it’s okay. Sometimes it’s stale. The main issue is this older white lady who is a complete and utter rude, grumpy jerk. She doesn’t greet you. She grabs your card without a word. Hands your items to you with a scowl. Rude on the headset. I don’t know how she has a job. If this is her place, go somewhere where the people want your business. If she is just an employee, it’s Dunkin. Find another job that doesn’t require you to be polite to people and live out your misery alone. But you know what your job is, you have no excuse.
