Normally, this location has decent portions compared to what others have been reporting at other locations. Went into this location a few days ago to grab a bowl and notice a few new hire were training that day. Didn’t think too much of it until they start making my bowl. Normally the bowl would be a good portion but now every scoop is half full. We are paying double in price and receiving half of what we used to get. Now you just asking for customers to never come back.

I’m not normally a Chipotle fan. I think their portions are normally small and they don’t have a ton of options. But, this location is close by and I wanted to get it a try. The atmosphere itself is fine- a little dirty. The workers are all pleasant as well, if not pretty slow. There were about 3 people in front of us and it took a very long time for them to be served and wrung out.
My biggest gripes are with the food though. I had a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Everything was just so… wet. It was so wet that it started to flake the side of the cardboard bowl as I was using the fork. Not very appetizing to have paper in my food. The food itself tasted okay but definitely wasn’t bursting with flavor. The salsa had a few hard pieces in it that I found bizarre. I also found the portions to be decent but definitely not generous.
Maybe I just find Chipotle to be overhyped in general. You can find much better food at Moes and Bajas with better flavor, fresher, and more choice. I just wish there were some locations around here!

Feb 17, 2024 – I came here to get a bowl. It is FILTHY. Plenty of staff…. lounging ….. the filthy glass entryway, the splattered glass in front of the food line, the spilled rice and beans….. sickening. I left without ordering. I have never seen a Chipotle look like that. Gross! It is 5 pm – before the evening rush. Clean the place up! It is not busy and there are plenty of staff. No excuse! Whoever owns this franchise should be appalled. Just read the other reviews. This place has had issues for a while. Chipotle clearly has not fixed the problem.

I had high expectations, but I was very disappointed. The rice in my meal was undercooked, which made the dish inedible. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered food, and this shouldn’t happen. I hope they pay more attention before sending out orders.

First time eating there since they reopened. I should have had McDonald’s. Place was a mess tables not cleaned trash overflowing and counters all messy. Soda machine out of all products beside flat coke and one keeps staying on ??? This place all done in my eyes. All teenagers running the place no adult manager on site.

Embarrassing. The amount of food I got in my burrito was a sorry excuse for a serving. Barely any chicken, rice, or beans. The worker behind the counter was totally inconsiderate and was too worried about his friends that were next in line. This was my first time at this location and will be my last. I’ve never had this issue in other locations. Awful.

Came by to pick up my food and my whole order was cold, had a whole confusion when picking up my order due to the app mishaps reversing the order names then they made my burrito so small knowing I asked for extra everything but never got that my burrito was cold the rice was hard same for my bowl I always order from their and this the 3rd time I had a issue just don’t understand where peoples working hard money goes too?

the lady that made my bowl was a being rude and when i asked for extra rice she put 1/4 of a scoop and when she put a good amount of rice in she took half a scoop out, when i tried to ask for more she didn’t put it, never again!

i recommend this location ….TO NO ONE. THE QUESO HAS DOG MEAT IN IT. I walked into this chipotle expecting nothing but phenomenal service. the first lady that greated me made fun of my bald head. When i got my bowl finished the only thing in it was chicken and steak? The steak tasted like really good… REALLY GOOD WINDOW CLEANER?!?!?. The steak tasted like windex. DONT come to THIS location EVER again. i will be contacting all my friends to not trust the people here.
