Probably the best ice cream shop ever, it’s on the other side of town for us but it never disappoints. Staff is always friendly plus Gary got his first pup cup!

Great local spot! We love going here on a hot day. They have hard and soft ice cream and dole whip flavors! They always have some rotating flavors to mix it up so always check the menu! They accidentally mix up my husbands cone with the guy in front of us (they were very busy) and we didnt notice until he ate it, so make sure the order looks right! Still 5 stars cause we love them.

Been coming here since I was a kid and always spoke highly of this ice cream shop, but after tonight I will no longer doing so. Since new ownership, customer service has not been the same. You aren’t greeted with smile and they act like taking your ice cream order is absolute torture. I’ve tried my best to keep an open mind, but after an interaction tonight with a lady with dark hair and glasses at the ordering window who rolled her eyes and talked to my boyfriend condescendingly while tapping the glass with the back side of her pen when trying to determine what size sundae he wanted, I will no longer be returning and will be spending my money elsewhere. I wasn’t planning on posting a review, but when looking at other reviews on Google, I see the lack of empathy and customer service by this EXACT same employee is not anything new. The inappropriate response from the owner on these reviews is also absolutely insane. Coming from someone who worked as a manager at another ice cream shop in town for just shy of ten years, I highly suggest having a conversation with this employee and investing training what what good customer service looks like. To those who read this review, I suggest spending your money elsewhere too.

Was surprised I had never stopped at this local ice cream spot – was glad I did! Awesome ice cream, honest prices, locally owned. There was a decent amount of bench seating behind the building, and everything was exceptionally clean for the area! Great place.

Kinda being a Karen here but we pulled in at 8:57pm- they turned the open sign off right as I was asking if we could still get something simple- the little girl paused for 3 minutes and then said they were closed- Now you know you could have let us still get a cup of soft serve smh shame on you. 4 year old crying in the back seat now.

Most often we have a great experience here, nice little ice cream shop.
I do have to say, today we had a young girl working the pickup window that was extremely rude. Slid the ice cream at myself saying I was wrong for my confusion on the size I ordered. At the end of the day it’s just ice cream, but my wife and I were taken aback on how rude she was.
Either way, still deserving of 4 stars as we have had lots of great experiences. Just wanted to share the most recent.

The employees were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The ice cream was good and plentiful, the price is a little higher than the other places I’ve been to this year and the price for a pup cup is super high, but the employee gave us a cheaper alternative that My Lil Guy enjoyed just fine. I’d definitely add umbrellas to the tables because sitting in the hot sun trying to eat your cone before it melts down your arm. And the hour’s are terrible, because they are almost always closed.
