I believe miss Lillian took my order, she was super sweet and very respectful. The young woman who handed me my food was sweet as well. The restaurant was clean, and the food was hot. To top it off, an employee said thank you for choosing us and to have a good night. I’m very happy me and my husband did chose this restaurant. All together the experience was a 10/10.

The staff was nice, but that’s the best thing I can say about this place. When we walked in, it smelled weird and it looked grimy. Then after we ordered, we saw a mouse scurry past the trash can. We order our food to go and the order was mostly correct, just missing the egg rolls. I tasted a fry and had to have a drink because it was salty. Somehow the bread was salty too. So disappointing.

Everytime I come here through the drive through they are forgetting extra ordered sauces like tonight I ordered a salad a kids meal and an extra fry the sauces I had to ask for that I ordered and paid for and then when I get home I realize that they didn’t give me the extra fry either DO BETTER ASHBURN

Not your cleanest and fastest bit it will get the trick done. We came during the lunch rush and dining room area needed a much needed cleaning. The wait was reasonable. My 5 fingers were a bit over don’t but not bad.

Normally I would give Zaxby’s a higher rating because for the most part they are all organized and clean but this location definitely needs some renovations especially in the bathrooms. The staff was pretty good and the food was great as always though!

The team and the manager were awesome!
I saw the manager personally making sure that every order got all the attention it needed and man I was out of there in no time everybody was working so happily I forgot I was at a fast food place and realized that I was in a good place!!!
