The staff obviously did not know I was waiting in the lobby, due to the foul language the kitchen staff was using. Very unprofessional. To top it off, how do you expect your staff to wash hands without soap in the restroom.

My granddaughter and I went Tuesday, August 6, 2024. Ordered inside from the computer. Very disappointed after placing our order, my granddaughter tried to get the fountain lemonade which didn’t work. I proceeded to get root beer, again it didn’t work. I was told by male clerk they have no brown drinks. My question was why lemonade didn’t work. Received no answer so they gave my granddaughter the frozen lemonade which she didn’t like. I went ahead and got iced tea, which was fine. I told the mail employee that they shouldn’t be informing the customers when they’re out of something like brown drinks. We had to ask for napkins, which came from a grocery store package evidently they were out of those also. Seems that somebody did not do their job and order more supplies. Not the regular Taco Bell napkins.
My granddaughter opened up her bean burrito and when she lifted it up, everything poured out onto her dress. Trying to clean up the mess was horrible, I received the new cheesy chicken Chalupa it was very messy. No pride and preparing the meal. I also received a side of chips and guacamole. The chips had a horrible burnt grease taste, and rancid and were crushed how in the world can someone dip a chip when it’s smaller than the size of a penny. This is not the first time at this location. Nobody wants the crushed chips from the bottom of the bag.
It was over $18 for this meal and it went into the trash except for the tea. Only thing good I could say good about this place was my ice tea.
This place needs new management someone to supervise what’s going on, order supplies before they run out. When my granddaughter and I were leaving, someone drove up in a vehicle with a handicap tag and handed the employee a couple of bags with 2Liter bottles of soft drink or as they called it brown drinks . I don’t think the customers will be satisfied with that. Somebody needs to check on this place or shut it down.

I don’t normally make reviews like this but as a dasher to help both the customer & business. The staff at 8:19pm 8/30/24 no sense of urgency. Very slow movement like no care in the world. Currently there are 3 other dasher waiting when I arrived.

When you walked in first thing I smelled was mold. The drink station as you can see has not been kept up and look nasty. Management doesn’t seem to have any standards to manage her team and had to repeatedly as the dashers for there orders. One dasher left.

Horrible!!! Cinnamon twist tasted and smelled rancid, threw them away. Ordered 2 nacho bell grande and guess what, had to throw them away also… RANCID!!! I know they had to smell all of this. Why do they NOT care. Won’t go back there again!

Went at 9:11 pm through the drive through they made us pull around bc we were on a “timer” so we go inside( or try) but doors are locked bc they are “closed”. Then go back through drive through and try to make 2 orders and they say only one order per vehicle. Wth is wrong with these workers. Very lazy and unprofessional. Please do better when hiring y’all employees.

Drive thru only, because they’re remodeling. The service was good, but when we got home, some items were missing and the nacho bell grande consisted only of chips, beans & tomatoes. Check your order before leaving.

They’re using AI-assisted ordering now in the drive-thru, which did surprisingly well until we asked for modifications to the order. If you ask for a person, you can speak to an employee, and that ended up being our solution. The order was correct and came out great.
