I didn’t want to leave this review but when you reach out multiple times by call and email and nobody replies to you. It means they don’t care. I had came here about a couple of weeks ago and the sandwich was made good, I decided to come again since I felt they did a good job. The second time around I ordered off the app and when I came home and opened up my sandwich the first thing I see is a hair on my bread, at first I said maybe it just fell from me when I was opening it up, so then I decided to open the sandwich and guess what I saw inside my mayo, another hair! I don’t understand how you can get multiple hairs in someone’s sandwich and not know about it. What’s crazy to me is even when you try to reach out to them they never address your problem which is why I will never come back to this location again!

Zero stars. They close early because they run out of bread and onions. Stand there giving ignorant hand gestures. Like seriously there’s probably one two out of the 6 people being professional just working cutting bread literally. Getting recorded while taking a picture of them standing there cutting bread while putting a sign up. Then you have ignorant worker giving hands like she wants to fight you through the door. Come open the door then … worst experience of my life and they literally wouldn’t open the door. It’s truly disgusting. Setting off their car alarm behind us because they thought it was funny. I literally went there for a salad! Without onions to mention. This location should just shut down if that’s customer service experience.

I have been frequenting Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country because I travel as a businessman. Over a number of years I know how to order a sandwich. For those of you who don’t they ask you as you approach the counter which sandwich you want or bread you want and then either that particular person or another person next to them will ask if you want your sandwich Mike’s way or some other way. Today I waited and waited was rushed through the payment process shorter female who had a serious attitude problem not just against me but just kind of rushing everyone through. Without asking me if I wanted any sort of drink or chips, etc. She told me the total and to put my card in again. I still don’t have my sandwich at this point. I pay for the sandwich, I still don’t have a sandwich and they haven’t put it on the counter to build it and people are starting to stack up behind me so I’m becoming very self-conscious but I wait quietly. Next the same woman who ran me up drops a sandwich in front of me and says here you go. No one ever asked me what I wanted on it because I never get peppers on a sandwich for one. So I asked is that mine because no one asked me how I wanted it. Her reply and I quote. You’re supposed to tell us before you pay. So she’s giving me instructions how to order a sandwich. I’ve ordered hundreds of times in the store and being very rude about it and getting loud. I chose to also get loud and say excuse me you’re supposed to say do you want it my way or how would you like it? I’ve never bought a sandwich here without those statements being made. See you then becomes a road scholar explaining to me that that is not the process and if I don’t like it, I don’t need to come back here to the store. The other people in line heard this entire conversation. I wasn’t going to stand there and argue so I took the sandwich and left. When I got home, oddly enough, I discovered there was nothing on the sandwich except the meat and the cheese! This is the third time I’ve gone to this restaurant it hasn’t been open that long, at every experience has been negative. I suggest you avoid the store at all costs. They obviously don’t know how to train the employees and the people working tonight December 11, 2025 on the shift that was there at 5 PM. We’re all a little complicit in being uncoordinated in their tasks, acting aloof like they were having some sort of a game. Avoid it all cost!

The crew at this Jersey Mike’s tonight was absolutely great. So friendly and my sub was delicious. I have to say I love their chocolate chip cookies. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop for a meal! 5 stars!

Fantastic service! Professional and super fast. Store is clean and fresh. I am happy to come in each time. This not my first time in, but tonight October 8th at around 7:30pm I have to give a shout out to the staff. The exceptional service really stood out. Keep up the great work!

Placed a mobile order. Went in and picked it up. Upon checking my order when getting back to my car, my sub was missing items. I went inside and mentioned that my sub was missing bacon and other items. An employee said okay we will re make it. A person behind the counter yells ” I didn’t make anything wrong, if it was wrong then it was the wrong sub” In the meantime the same employee that took my sub back said there only bacon on this pointing to the receipt and I showed my email receipt and mobile order receipt showing the items. I was understanding and patient but did not understand why the two woman working were so hostile and rude. I understand it was a busy time but customer service and experience comes first. No apology was ever said. Only she will remake it, which then created the hostile commenting from two workers. I have never felt so uncomfortable and belittled from attitude from staff at an establishment. I appreciate my sub being remade but not appreciative of the attitude and rudeness of the women who made and gave me my sub. Terrible experience will not be recommending anyone to go to that location.

This location really needs to improve on communication and consistency. I ordered online and picked up in person. The staff confirmed my name and handed me the bag, but when I got home, I found two sandwiches made on the wrong bread (because they had run out), some missing ingredients, and bread that seemed stale.

The most frustrating part is that no one mentioned any of this when I picked up the order. If I had known, I would have canceled instead of being stuck with food I didn’t want. On top of that, the meat portions have been inconsistent, and the sandwiches overall haven’t been made with consistency in general—this is the third time I’ve noticed issues.

I will say the staff has always been nice, and honestly that’s the only reason I’ve returned as often as I have. But before this location opened, I always went to the 12 Mile & Farmington Rd location and sometimes the Novi Rd location, and I never had these problems. I hope this store can improve, but unfortunately, for now, I don’t plan on coming back!
