I’m seriously impressed! I pulled up expecting a quick bite, but I got way more than I bargained for.
The Service: Incredibly fast and friendly. I barely had time to get my wallet out before my order was ready.
The Food: The pizza was fresh, “Hot-N-Ready,” and actually lived up to the name. No lukewarm slices here!
The Bonus: I have to mention the guy working the drive-thru window—let’s just say the pizza wasn’t the only thing that was hot. Definitely made the trip worth it!

This place at one time was fabulous. Well not any more. I went in at 7pm on a Wednesday evening to order 3 lg cheese and 3 lg Pepperoni. They acted like I ask for the world. Every person was extremely unprofessional and very rude. The entire store seemed to be run by kids. Corporate definitely needs to investigate this location. For, I’ll never return. The funny thing is, I call Dominos just about 2 miles down the road and they had the 6 lg pizzas finished in 15 minutes and the staff was very professional and kind. Needless to say who will get my pizza business in Powell.

Typically drive through early afternoon. The service is actually always nice. I hope for the lunch pizza to be available(to grab n go)

Ordered two pizzas, 1 THIN crust pepperoni with extra pepperoni, and one regular pepperoni with mushrooms. They bring out a Detroit Deep Dish and a regular Pepp and mushroom pizza. How do you get Detroit Deep Dish when it doesn’t even sound like Thin Crust? Told them of their mistake, and they make me wait another 5 minutes for the right pizza with a small apology. Then we get home, pull the receipt out, and see we were charged for a deep dish! We had just finished kayaking the 7th annual Flotilla, so we were exhausted or maybe we would have caught the price issue before we left. They could have fixed our receipt knowing it would have been a price difference or they could have let us also keep the Deep Dish or offered us some free crazy bread for the mistake and the extra wait, but no, just a small apology and have a nice day.

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks waited 45 minutes to be told they just put it in the oven. waited 15 more minutes to be told we just put it in the oven. This store will never make it. I never got my food. 2-21-26. I won’t be doing another review on this store because I won’t go back. It needs new managers.

Stopped there tonight because it’s right next to my gym. Ordered an extra most bestest. Got home and it doesn’t taste fresh at all. The crust is hard as a rock. Guess someone should of taken it out of the warmer a while ago. Definitely won’t stop in there again. What a disappointment!!

So tonight, we ordered from this Little Caesars location, normally we order from the location on Western Ave but they was already closed so this was the only one I could order from; 2 large Cheese pizzas and a box of Cheese sticks. We got our order and opened up the box to get ready to eat dinner and this is what both of our pizzas looked like! Yes! Looks like it’s been tampered with. The cheese wasn’t on all slices either. There was cheese running on the off the edge of the pizza box. The pizzas was tossed in the trash. Me and my family couldn’t eat it. So thank you for showing me what this location is like. It is the last time I will do business with this particular location. Very disgusting and very disappointed.
