My family hosted a rehearsal dinner in the private event space upstairs then continued the party at the tiki bar our back. It was a fantastic night and Cabana exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely incredible – we could not stop thinking and talking about it. The space was beautiful with such a fun vibe. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The prices were excellent for the quality of the meals. I got nonstop compliments for picking such a great spot. 1000% recommend!

It is an okay choice. The drinks were good and probably the best thing about the meal. The staff was really nice and service was fast and good. Food was out fast when ordered. The food was good, not amazing. The presentation was nice and everything was cooked perfectly, but it was just okay.

Food, drinks, music, vibe and friendliness of the staff were amazing! Ethan is THE BEST bartender! He offered thoughtful suggestions based on our likes. Our server Patrick was friendly, kind, and patient with us and his other tables! Highly recommend any drink Ethan makes especially the key lime shot!

Absolutely fantastic! Ethan was our bartender and gave us the best advice in what to eat and drink. The plantain fried with spicy aoli was the best!! Pastry chef Abigail is a genius with that key lime pie dessert. (Make that a starter, trust me.). Great cocktails, fun vibe.

Our continued strategy of stumbling along the main drag until we find a cool place paid off once again! Very neat restaurant that is far cooler than it looks from the outside. The ‘cabana’ in the back (wonder where that name came from?) Is very chill and a great place to hang out. The food was good, the beer was cold, and the staff was on it. Would recommend!

Had dinner at the bar, Ethan was our fabulous bartender! He made delicious specialty drinks. Abigail’s key lime dessert, ordered as our appetizer( highly recommended) was out of this world! Followed by perfectly cooked smash burgers. Can’t wait to come back for the jerk chicken and strawberry dessert!!

I went there to meet some people. They had only 3 kinds of bad scotch, they were out of their tap beers and I had to pay $8 for a Bud Light…in off-season Newport. The ambience is non-existent, with cheap Christmas light and ceiling and walls that need painting. The place wasn’t busy, and it still took the bartender 15 minutes to take the orders for me and a friend. He also didn’t know anything about what was actually in stock. A very sad place.

Came in to town to have dinner made reservations for 7 asked for outside seating. We got sat at the out back area first thing I noticed was the table I was at was not the same height as the other one next to it and actually was falling apart choose not to put my silverware on it as it was cracked and black . This is a new place with the old furniture of the previous place. Now the food. The apps where great! Got little necks and coconut shrimp , and calamari and oysters all where great! We even ordered more little necks they where that good. Now for the meals . 3 of use got chicken street tacos we all thought the chicken was very dry and it was stringy would not order again. 1 of use got salmon and that was cooked to chefs choice and was very good. 2 got steak frites and they ordered it medium rare and they said it was ok. Last we got kids pasta. . We all had 2 drinks and the guys got 2 beers very small beer menu. Cans where cold tap beer was not so cold . Our server was great and it appeared he was new employee but he was good the only thing I would say is make sure you visit the table a little more . Overall it was ok but the apps where the hit of the meal. Don’t think I’d go back but still was ok. I would recommend they perfect there small menu better or this place will probably not make it very long term.
