5 years I’ve lived in Jefferson and 5 years I’ve tried to give this place a try multiple times. It’s unbelievably slow. I get being understaffed, I cook for a living. But Jesus Christ guys what are you doing? Like seriously it makes no sense to me that the line is completely empty yet I have to fit at the window and not even get my order taken for 8 minutes. And then when I say hello to get the attention of the person on the mic thinking that they forgot about me they’re rude as hell. Get some more and some better staff in here because this is obnoxious.

Seldom do you see such consideration at a fast food location. The staff was very respectful and pleasant. Good food and great customer service really go a long way. The woman at the drive through was polite and helpful, and sincere on top of it all. The food was great and I was really pleased all around.

Trash service. Employee said they cannot make any Burgers because they turned off their broilers already and there was still an hour before closing… Why would you stop making food and hour before you close…

I love Burger King. I go there twice a week some weeks. This evening I do not. I placed my order online through the mobile app. Went to the drive through where two females were laughing and seemingly having some issues with the speaker box. So I waited quite some time. Went to the first window informed the nice lady I had an order. She apologized and asked for me to pull back around. I understood and did so. I waited in line once more. Some time went by. The car in front of me had waited that same amount behind me the first go around. I finally pull around once more where I waited while two females ignored me at the window for a while again. I was nice when she finally came to the window and told her my order number. She said “ I told you to turn around” so rudely. I told her that it was. She indicated I would not get my order if I did not pull around and wait once again. The window was shut. I paid and did not get my order. I never make reviews like this. But this was needed. You will never get anywhere by being ugly to people.

Stopped to get breakfast while I was driving through. Food was cold and the hashbrowns were hard as a rock. Burger King on my area is usually decent. If was not working I would have went back.

This place has had bad reputation previously, they have been nice to me and my friends. We all like there Breakfast Burrito Jr combo. Always hot, fresh and tasty. Drive thru is great.

Waited 10 minutes inside because i only wanted an icee and the line outside was long. Got told Id have to wait until the register lady could get to me. I try to ask her if the icee machine is working and she ignores me three times. If I go inside I shouldn’t have to wait until everyone in the drive thru is served.

Got here around 2pm. Third person in line. Decent wait, but no problem. Ordered a burger and nuggets. Little more waiting. Got back to work with someone else’s order. So i paid 10$ for a regular whopper. Not cool. Not even busy.
