Had to tell them my order a total of 3 times. I ordered a medium Mint Oreo Blizzard and they asked me twice at the window what size. What I got was a cup of chocolate ice cream. When they finally got the order right the blizzard cup was only 2/3 full. As much as they cost I expect the cup to be brimming over. There is no consistency at this store.

Cook said that everyone need to leave.he keep asking what time it was. Meaning the customers. Almost all the employees were goofing around, and not being professional. My tenders were burnt. Would not recommend. And will not be back.

Stopped through for lunch on a Sunday and it was very yummy. We had chicken strips with gravy, Dr. Pepper, fries, cheese curds, a Oreo blizzard and a royal New York cheesecake blizzard. The food was hot and fresh and the ice cream was cold and served upside down thick! The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for flamethrower sauce on the side. We will definitely be stopping by here again when we visit family in Tennessee again. Thank you for a great lunch Ripley DQ! ❤️

I visited this location today with my family and was very pleased with our service. I’m not sure who that sweet lady is that was running the front today but she was excellent! Her customer service and hospitality is something that you do not see today! I saw you guys had a manager needed posted on your sign…. if she is not one, there’s your girl! She is awesome!
