I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Popeyes. I placed a $28 order through the app, drove to the store, and was told when I arrived that they “didn’t have any food” and there was nothing they could do about it. How does a restaurant stay open with no food and no solution for customers who already paid?
To make matters worse, the customer service was awful. The young lady with braces was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was no effort to help, no attempt to offer a solution, just attitude.
I tried resolving it through the app and received nothing but a generic “thanks for your feedback” response. Meanwhile, I’m out $28 with nothing to show for it. I don’t have money to donate to a mega corporation for nothing in return.
This is unacceptable. A business should not operate like this. I will not be returning

The chicken was old and fried so hard it was uneatable. Many wasted.stay away

So lately I been ordering 2 piece dark meat spicy with red beans in rice extra beans and Mac in cheese in I will say this year the food taste weird. First yesterday was the first day back at this location since a week ago due to diarrhea issues after eating their food so I gave it a break make sure I’m not tripping. Let’s say this my chicken was pink in the inside not cooked smh then the Mac in cheese dry looked old the rice in beans was okay. I was so upset I couldn’t eat the chicken I through it away remind u the manager was the only one working around 130pm in looked frustrated herself moving slow in All so when she told the cook throw more chicken I assumed it would be fresh in cooked well done but I was wrong. It also smelled uncooked which can make people sick so y’all please don’t eat here I warned u. I use to eat at this location so much start of the year in last year don’t have this issue I think it has gotten worse with customer service in managers are not standing on business in they are nasty no gloves or hair nets. So I’ll say it’s my fault for trusting them again but never again this time. I don’t even do reviews for food but tonight as soon as I got off work I said I would earn the public. They have to do better do someone really get food poisoning.

Really disappointed! A regular red beans and rice -$3+. There must be three ounces or less in this container. Have to find a new spot. My mom asked me to count the beans (I’m sure I could have). That’s it! NO MORE POPEYE’S.

This location always seems to have the most disgruntled employees. I understand their days can be busy and overall hectic but this displeasure displayed from open to close is astronomical. Perhaps management needs to be checked? They also never let me redeem my points NOR do they give me my receipts!

Chicken sandwich was cooked and presented very nicely. The 3 young ladies working the counter greeted me in a friendly manner, and suggested a combo meal, which I accepted. They have knowledge about their products, and great customer service skills. I let them and their managers know that it is a pleasure to dine in an atmosphere where people feel appreciated for choosing that place in which to eat. Chicken sandwich, rice and beans, and sweet re a are very good. I shall go back again.

This particular Popeyes has bad service. I have been served the last 2 times by a server name Skye and both experiences were horrible. On my last visit l wanted extra gravy for my mash potato and she charged me over $3.00 just for the extra gravy. I will go to KFC or another Popeyes in the future
