THIS NEW LOCATION IS ACROSS FROM THE HOSPITAL AND NEXT TO WALMART!!!
I was super excited to see this beautiful new building!!! Congratulations!

This is so gorgeous and clean!!!
Inside as clean as it was, there was mopping and even more cleaning!!

FOOD: SUPER EASY TO ORDER!! 2 KIOSKS RIGHT AS YOU ENTER.

NIce tables, and they even had flowers on the table!!

Customer service was impeccable, and friendly. They got my order perfect.

My food was delicious and hot!!

At this location the DRIVETHRU is open 24 hours. Inside is open during typical business hours. Since it is a new store it also has the double pickup window windows 2 and 3. You pull up to window two after paying at window one and if it is not ready they send you to window three so you don’t hold up the line waiting for your order.

I see where this place has an average rating of 2.6 at the time of this review.
In the Drive-Thru I was greeted over the speaker by a rude drive-thru employee while I was looking over the menu. A different and even more rude and impatient employee hopped on the speaker again and pressed for our order. There was no one in line behind me and I wasn’t taking an extraordinary amount of time. When I arrived at the pay window. I’m not sure if the gal even said anything other than the total. The next gal to pick up window wasn’t any more polite or kind. Some of the fries were warm. Some of them were cold but all of them were chewy… Wonder how long they’d been sitting there. At least the hot and spicy was fresh, it rivaled the temperature of the Sun. That experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had when it comes to customer service and the fries were completely unacceptable. I really hope management and the owners look into this location.

I stopped by about a month ago, 1/15/26 to be exact, at 12:43am. Decided it was super convenient, being as we just left the ER, after spending 5 hours there. I just wanted a quick bite to eat and head home to go to bed. However, it was far from quick, and the food inedible. The lady at the speaker took forever to ask my order, then rushed me, even though its 1am and there is no one behind me. I paid and when I asked for a receipt, she seemed mad. Getting to the second window, I got 2 cold burgers a mc chicken that looked disgusting and a mixed bag of fries. And by mixed, I mean half over fried, oily, cold and soggy. The other half was STILL FROZEN, straight from the freezer. I WILL STARVE BEFORE I EVER RETURN TO THIS MC DONALD’S!

Everytime I come im NEVER given my change then I ask and they are confused. I also give exact change and am told I only gave so much amd they need more. Teach your employees how to count money and give change this is illegal stilling. I dont care if its only .5 cents you need to give the correct change. Thats not negotiable

Ok what happened to Mcdonalds? This store is so different than what I grew up with and what is the traditional fast food experience. When you walk in, there is no menu, no counter to order, just huge vertical screens tucked in the corner to order. Ordering is clunky confusing and takes more time to order than just taking to someone. I waited for about 10 min for my order and while I sat down I noticed a big sign that said put the customer first, or something like that in the kitchen. I kind of laughed at this because clearly they want to have no interaction with the customer at all. When my food was ready they just put it on a shelf and called my number. There was no utensils station or even a drink station. Everything was back in the kitchen. The lobby was just a sad IKEA furniture set that really wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. So I don’t ever reccomend going in the lobby at all. The bathrooms are locked too so if you have to go, you have to somehow find an employee that is actively avoiding customers. Its like McDonald’s doesn’t even want you in the lobby anymore and is just an AI drive thru business these days. The food is overpriced, smaller and really not great tasting. I am very disappointed overall and won’t be returning.

When I placed on online order I brought my baby with me and when I came to the drive through I had a rude employee give me additude and made me get off with my baby when its freezing! Just to get my food at the counter.. all she had to do was turn around and give me my food.. and she could been nicer about it if I had to get off. That was uncalled for.. I live at the apartments across the street and have givven them multiple chances. will definitely be going out of the way to get another mcdonald’s .

First time coming to this McDonalds and it was a very bad experience bad service it is understood that they do not have many workers but that is not a reason to respond badly to the clients of it one person talking orders. I gave her my McDonald’s app code and she explained to me that you can only make a single order to get the discount so I asked to make two separate orders and she aggressively replied “YEA” in an exaggeratedly annoyed tone. I think tha if it’s a new fast food place they should treat customers with more respect. She didn’t seem to care about her attitude with us/ or other clients in the drive thru either, I asked for her name but since she was taking other orders and didn’t pay attention to us, I think I heard she said (Diana) or (Vianna)

Bad service, I stop this morning to get breakfast and they missed 2 sandwiches and the rest of my 2 big breakfast w/ pancakes. I go back and all I hear is the manager screaming at the employees to hurry and move the drive-thru. Then I tell them what I’m missing when they give me my order back it’s wrong AGAIN!!!! I get my 2 sandwiches but with out any meat then I get only one of the big breakfasts.
