Paola, the manager refunded me cause they served us a bloated salad. It was completely off and would’ve gave us food poisoning.
My fiancé was in the car and saw Paola smirk and say something to another employee after I left because they dont think serving mishandled food is an issue.
The first time I ordered from here they gave me the wrong pizza. I made a claim on the app for a free one next time. This was the next time. Also, this time the driver didnt bring the pizza initially. I had to call the store and then noticed the salad so I went down there instead.
This is by far the absolute worst domino’s location I’ve ever experienced. I dont know how you have an A. It’s stuffy in there i can only imagine why the food is going bad. This team could potentially give someone botulism and all she could say was “sorry about that”. I, one hundred percent believe someone else will be served that salad.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Shatani at this Domino’s location. I was having major issues with the app for about an hour and couldn’t get my order to go through. I decided to drive to the store, and Shatani was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She quickly understood the problem, helped me place my order, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Placed a delivery order that was confirmed to be prepared after submitting. 30 mins after no progress to the order i get a call saying they are out of one of the toppings. So the order didn’t even start which meant it was going to be around another hour for delivery. No compensation for their issue and delayed time. I think whoever the supervisor over there is needs to learn about customer service and taken ownership for their mistakes.

I ordered two hand tossed pizzas. They look like thin crust. Barely any ingredients on them. The worst store bought frozen pizza would of been a better choice!!! Wasted $24…plus a $5 tip!!!

I see some bad reviews for this location, things may have changed since the last time I was there but when I ordered a double bacon, double cheese pizza and requested for it to be “murdered” with bacon I picked up the pizza and they asked if it looked murdered with bacon and I was like meh..he asked if I would like them to make it again and I said sure. The second pizza was perfect and he even gave me the first pizza at no extra cost. For that I say excellent customer service and the pizza, yes, excellent

I order from here at-least once week and have not had any issues. Food is always prepared on time and done exactly as I order it. It does get busy sometimes and parking is very small, which is only reason it doesn’t get the 5th star. Staff has always been friendly to me no matter if I get car-side delivery or walk-in. Great deals on the app, always have left overs for the next day. Very affordable meal. Overall 4 ⭐️

I ordered 2 extra cheese, well done no garlic pizzas online. when I got there, pizza had to be made again because they put garlic. had to wait again, got my pizza with no garlic no extra cheese and extra burnt. even my son said this is one of the worse pizzas we’ve gotten from Domino’s, horrible. The pizzas were size large, but they were only as big as a medium pizza at the other pizza chains. The pizzas themselves tasted very bland and were overcooked. The cheese was brown and not yellow. I bought 4 pizzas for the guys at work. NOBODY was impressed. I had not bought a pizza from Domino’s in at least 25 years. I guess it will be another 25 years. I was also charged over $80 dollars for those pizzas. I went there and ordered them after work to be delivered the next day. Do better Domino’s or shut your doors.
