Food is good and the people are friendly. I only gave 4 stars because ever time I go, they can’t make shakes. Early last week the machine was down, over the weekend they didn’t have the syrup and tonight they didn’t have any icecream. Other than that they are great.

We can’t say enough of good things about the group of employees we encountered. They were friendly, efficient, and such a wonderful group of employees that truly made us all feel welcome and appreciated! Thank you all!!! Keep up the good work….

I would go to a different location if you can. The meat was cut super thick on my beef and cheddar and had hard spots like it was old and sat out for days. I tried to eat my sandwich because I was hungry but I couldn’t and threw it away. Im just hoping I dont get sick from the few bites I did take.

Ordered Potato cakes and was told it would be a TEN minute wait because at this store they do not cook any potato cakes after 10:30 AM unless someone orders them (and is willing to wait 10 minutes). Maybe they would sell more if the made them available.
Also, specially ordered Curley fries instead but my order was ignored I got the plain regular fries that no one really wants from Arby’s (because their the exact same thing that every burger place in the world sells.)
Tried to eat inside but the music is way too loud, you barely hear the blaring TV over the loud music……

Potato cakes took less than two minutes. Which is a red flag since I worked at Arby’s for years.i even asked if they’d like me to pull up because I knew how much time they took. No one behind me in line. Lo and behold, they had been dropped a second time and tasted like old oil. Rueben did not have any sauerkraut.
Worst Arbys experience thus far in the south.
Gave two stars cuz the kid who worked the drive thru was a sweet boy. The manager looked mad and was the one who handed him the food. She ain’t running a tight ship.

Had a great family experience here at the arbys, food was good, we searched everywhere for ketchup luckily we found it! We also really didn’t want the stupid letter A toy but ofc we got it! Anyways I won’t let the toy knock points off this professional review #arby lover

Had a young blonde girl taking our order. Then she left us in the middle of taking our order to deal with another customer who wanted new chicken strips because the breading was too dark. The young boy with brown hair who started taking our order was very rude. After he took our order, he came out and started cleaning the restaurant. He was kicking chairs and making a lot of unnecessary noise making it well known how unhappy he was. There was only one young lady who treated us nicely who worked there. She had dark brown hair. Majority of fountain drink products were out. The food was pretty good considering the atmosphere. On a personal note, I used to be in the food service industry and I’ve never treated people like the two people that I mentioned first.
