Tried the new K-Shack menu and everything was freshly made. Took a little long to come out but was worth it. The K-shack chicken sandwich tastes just like korean fried chicken. The fries are just cheese fries with paprika on top. The shake has a delightful taste with a small kick but once it melted and mixed the flavors did not blend together well. Service was off the charts super friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve been a fan of Shake Shack since they could only be found in New York City. I’m so glad they’re here, although I would say they don’t really put as much emphasis on quality here. The burgers seem to always be put together a little haphazardly and fall apart easily. I get it, if you order a large burger things are going to fall out, but if ingredients are already off the bun and collecting in the bag that’s probably a lack of care. Still love this place and they do run a good amount of specials throughout the year. Download the app to keep up with when promos are running!

The staff were friendly, even though they seemed a bit incompetent at times – one was even sleeping in the dining area, which was kind of funny! The food was tasty, though I didn’t order onion rings in my burger, but it was still enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, but the floor was slippery and oily, which was a bit concerning. I want to give a huge shoutout to Anna, the manager at this Shake Shack. She went above and beyond during a recent visit, especially when it came to the food preparation. Her attention to detail and genuine care completely elevated the experience.
I was extremely grateful for how she handled everything, and it’s a big reason I keep coming back every week for my burger fix. It’s rare to find service like this, and Anna truly sets the standard. Highly recommend this location thanks to her leadership and hospitality.

Every time I come here they forget something. Last time they forgot a burger I ordered. This time I ordered an onion cheese dog. No onions no cheese. Instead of cheese they gave me another sauce but no onions. I probably won’t be back. I put my own cheese on the dog by the way.

The customer service was out of this world. The customer service was great which was provided by the hospitality members that goes by the name of Paola. She did her job, kept my tables drinks filled and had always checked on what we were doing. Making sure our experience was the best as it could be at the shack.

We recently revisited the Shake shack on Preston and Park. We ate their initially when it opened And the food was good, however, I’m not sure what happened, but it has declined significantly. I ordered the shake chicken sandwich, my son ordered the double shake burger, and my husband ordered a regular burger. When the food came out, my son’s hamburger was so greasy and the bun was full of butter and grease. The burger itself was almost not edible. I had to ask for another bun without grease, because the one That came with my son’s burger didn’t even barely cover the burger and was covered in disgusting grease. I have pictures below to show how bad it was. You would expect for almost the $52 that we paid that we could get a meal that was edible. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food. I feel like it has gone downhill since it first open. I don’t know if it was just a bad day, but definitely enough to make us never go back. My chicken sandwhich was saturared in oil. I’m sure the shakes are good—I’ve never tried them but they look good. At least they won’t be full of Grease.

Shake Shack is a very good burger. I tried the Link Burger – has a sausage link from Pecan Lodge, which sounds awesome, but wasn’t all that – good, just not all that I expected. The basic burger is good enough. Fries are good. Drinks are weird – they make them behind the counter, so there are no soft drink machines to get refills – so I don’t actually know if they have free refills. Shakes are very good, just small and pricey. Definitely worth a visit.

Spent $20 on a burger, fries, and shake – and not only am I still hungry, but I keep thinking how I could’ve got a better burger meal elsewhere.
The burger was small and the fries were only ok. The shake was good though, so that’s the only upside.
They brought my drive-thru order out without a straw, napkins, or condiments. The server was nice enough to go back and get me a straw, but forgot the ketchup or napkins. I didn’t bother asking again.

And, honestly sharing, it was my first time visiting, and i truly enjoyed my food and dining experience. On a rating scale, 5-Stars across the board for Shake Shack restaurant.
