Blue Cattys at Manhattan Harbor is absolutely killing it this season! The staff is friendly, the food is on point, and the river vibes are unbeatable. Frozen drinks? Yes. Beer on tap? Of course. Every seltzer you could dream of? They’ve got it. It’s a huge step up from last year; more consistent hours, more open days, and a better overall experience. Hayley and Emma are the best. Management only had 1 waitress scheduled. She was nice but had more tables than she could handle. Over 40 minutes for appetizers, that tasted like old deep fried burnt used oil. OVER 2 HOURS for chicken tenders and a burger that I could have cooked BETTER from frozen in my air fryer at home.Tiny plastic cups for drinks and she was eay too busy for refills. This place is a joke for a restaurant/bar. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Stopped by on their opening weekend. Had some drinks at the bar as well as the burger and fries The staff was very fun and friendly. The environment was great with live music while sitting on the water. The burger was about as perfect as you can get, and the fries had an amazing seasoning on them. Will definitely be coming back.

I sat here almost 2 hours for cold chicken tenders and about the worst fries that could have ever been cooked. The service was nice and the lady was kind. Everything else was a joke. Just trying to find where the bathrooms are took me 10 minutes. The place could sink and I wouldn’t care.

Wish I had a similar experience to other reviewers but that wasn’t the case.
Our server was OK. She came by about every 40 minutes or so and my party routinely found themselves going to the bar for additional refreshments due to the non-routine check-ins. She started off charging my card to the wrong bill and I was frankly shocked by the initial charge to start the tab. She “corrected” the charge so we’ll see come Monday if that’s the case.
The “frozen” drinks some of my party ordered weren’t exactly what I would consider frozen though the table said they tasted good.
We ordered food, though it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. At one point I asked the manager if the food hadn’t been dropped to cancel the order. The manger said he would take it off though when I went to close, the food was still on there, and due to them closing my tab and running the card, they were unable to remove the food.
That being said, the catfish bites we received earlier in the evening were incredible and would highly recommend.
Overall, a pretty disappointing experience and don’t think I’ll return and wouldn’t make the recommendation to visit to others.

Such a cute bar with a laid back tropical theme! Open to the marina but there’s also plenty of shade and ceiling fans to keep cool. Food is delicious and staff is very friendly. Live music on the weekends. Great place to hang out and relax!
