We love coming to Niksan every time we come to Cabo. This past time, Brito was our server and took care of us with amazing recommendations. This week we are going twice, the food quality and service is outstanding. As a sushi snob from California I can attest this is amazing, try the tuna tostadas & sushi serranito.

Exceptional Service and Flavorful Surprises!
Visited this gem of a sushi restaurant on December 9th during our trip to Cabo. We head down there 3-4 times a year, mixing in old favorites with a few new spots each time. This one absolutely stands out!
From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us some incredible recommendations that weren’t even on the menu. My wife, who’s a sushi fanatic, was thrilled with the rolls suggested to her—they were absolutely delicious!
I’m not a sushi eater myself, but I decided to give it a try, and I ended up eating about six rolls! The flavors were so good, I couldn’t stop. The chicken teriyaki, shrimp, and veggie tempura were perfectly cooked, and the Hibiscus Mezcalita was the perfect refreshing drink to wash it all down.
The quality of service and food was impressive enough that I’m already planning to return with my whole family this June. My son, who’s not into sushi at all, is going to give it a try. I keep telling him that this place will change his mind!
Highly recommend this spot—whether you’re a sushi lover or not, you won’t be disappointed!

Unbelievably good! Must try in Cabo! Great service and even better food! Also suprised us for our honeymoon with a small tiramisu with Sparklers. Great cocktails. Martini Espresso, Corona.

Been going for years and never disappoint on the service or quality of the food. We never eat sushi in Wisconsin only there at Nicksan’s. This place is also near and dear our hearts with the great friendships we gave made over the years . Jorge is outstanding with his warm welcoming self and wait staff. This time we had Brito another outstanding service. Highly recommend this as a high priority to visit your stay in Cabo. Kevin Gates see you in February

It has been ten years since the last time I dined here, and last night did not disappoint. The wait staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, with a number of people working on a single table. The restaurant has recently received a decor facelift with more Asian inspired look and feel. The food was absolutely fantastic, and you can see it being freshly made in front of you. The tuna tostada had a ton of melt in your mouth tuna. The gyozas were the unsung hero of the night. They were massive and absolutely delicious. While the lobster roll wasn’t on the menu, many folks still enjoyed it with a little different take on the dish but just as good. The sea bass teriyaki was flakey and fantastic – highly recommend. The special roll of the night was a tuna topped with yellowtail, avocado, Serrano chile, and fried garlic with oil and ponzu sauce and that was to die for.
Pleasantly refreshing evening and cannot wait to come back.

Excellent service from our server Brito. Get the fried ice cream for dessert. It was really a great way to wrap up the meal. Get the Shoyu special roll which was outstanding. The dynamite scallops were also delicious.

To say that my experience at Nicksan was epic is an understatement. Chef created outstanding dishes. The Norwegian Salmon was perfectly created. The tuna mouthwatering. Waitstaff very attentive; felt like royalty.
