I enjoyed my tuna poke bowl almost as much as the silly 1 star rating from a prior reviewer saying that this place was terrible because they did not separate the ingredients of a sauce to their specifications so they left not eating anything but gave a horrible review anyway. Food was great. People are not always.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place and would not recommend it to anyone.
The main issue is the staff and the lack of basic customer service. The employees clearly do not understand what service means. Instead of explaining the menu, sauces, or helping with a choice, they simply turned the screen around and expected me to figure everything out myself. There was no additional information provided about the dishes or sauces.
I specifically asked if it was possible to get ponzu sauce without sriracha, as for some reason they decided to mix these sauces together by default. I was told “no,” even though it is well known that ponzu and sriracha are separate sauces and that ingredients are usually prepared in advance. A small accommodation could have been made, but the staff refused, which resulted in losing a customer.
What made the situation worse was the rude and unprofessional attitude. Because of this behavior, I didn’t even get a chance to try the food. This kind of interaction damages the reputation of the place.
If you want customers to return and your business to grow, service matters. Customers should not have to figure out how to communicate with your staff — your staff should know how to communicate with customers.
I wish you luck and hope the business does not continue to suffer because of careless and unprofessional employees.
P.S.
Just take a look at the staff’s attitude. I even took a photo so you can feel the vibe — it honestly felt more like approaching a group of people hanging out on the street than a place that is supposed to welcome and feed its guests.
I strongly recommend not wasting your time or ruining your mood here. There are much better options nearby. There is a great sushi place in the area — definitely give it a try. And the pizzeria nearby is absolutely top-tier. Highly recommended.

Just had the most incredible poke at the Sawmill Market! The staff was incredibly friendly. The food was prepared in a matter of minutes, and it was absolutely delicious. Each bite tasted incredibly fresh, and the presentation was visually stunning. I highly recommend this poke place for a delightful and satisfying meal! Can’t wait to visit again!

100% gluten free menu – what a rare and awesome find! I wish I had taken a picture of my bowl because it was so beautifully presented but I just had to dig in immediately. Delicious!

I had the hatch green chili shrimp bowl. It was fresh, unique, fun to eat, spicy, balanced, and incredibly delicious. I came to Albuquerque to eat queso and tacos, and I ate so much delicious Southwestern food……… but I am still thinking about how damn good this random lunchtime poke bowl was hours later. It surprised me. This place slaps

This place is in the sawmill market. I checked out this place and it sounded interesting, plus i have had plenty of poke from other places. First thing was they were out of salmon. I opted to get the yuzu kosa salmon with tuna instead and it was pretty good! I had the black rice with mine and it all tasted fresh and was very refreshing. I wish they had a few more options though or some combo tuna/salmon. I would definitely eat here again on a future visit! Thanks for the food and good service!

Food was delicious and staff was quite friendly. Food came out quickly. I had the Yuzu Koshu Salmon bowl with forbidden rice and it was very good! They have a lot of good options. This is located in Sawmill Market.

The vegan “Imposter Bowl” is extremely tasty. The variety of textures and flavors with the mushrooms, carrots, edamame, and mock tuna make it really something special. The sourced mock tuna is probably the best I’ve had in my 10 years of being vegan! The chef is kind and seems to really care about quality ingredients. The place is small and easy to miss, but you should absolutely check it out.

Good location in Sawmill very trendy & instagrammable. Whole place was relaxed and comfortable. The poke bowl, however, their best seller, with forbidden rice option, was horrible. The rice tasted old, hard, brittle to the tongue, the sauce terribly sour. The tuna was fresh as well as other ingredients but overall it was disappointing, just picked the tuna and edamame, and threw the bowl away. What a waste after paying a hefty sum. I had better poke bowl experience in Honolulu TeaTok in Farmington! Will not return but will try other food stalls in Saw Mill. Sadly the poke bowl was NOTORIOUSLY bad!

The best poke bowl I’ve ever had! They let me customize a few items. Explosion of flavors and textures. And the chile poke is uniquely and deliciously new mexican. Love it and I highly recommend this place.
