Ollie was very helpful during my first time visit here. She let me take a look at the paper menu for some time, then was able to provide feedback about suggestions on my order.
I felt very welcomed after a long day at work and I didn’t feel pressured to order right away and know right away all the answers for my meal.
The chicken sandwich was excellent and Ollie let me have the Chipotle sauce on the side, since I told her it’s my first time at a Lee’s and I wanted to make sure I would like it.

Chicken sandwich breading was so dry it fell of the chicken. The chicken was physically hard to the touch in spots. Definitely was sitting out for much much longer than an hour.
Refused to do refund over the phone even when offered pictures.
Nothing could be done without physically being there, I do not come around the area often, had to escalate to cooperate to be made whole.
After the horrible experience and effort to be made whole they refused to do anything beyond an additional drink for free. 50 cents out of their pocket.

Lee’s outdid themselves today! The gentleman taking my order was polite and friendly. My food came out super fast. The fried pickles with the dipping sauce chipotle ranch is hands down my favorite appetizer. I got the 6 piece spicy wings meal! Delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. The crunch of the fried pickles, the wings were giant and such a satisfying crunch! I will be adding this to my weekly lunch rotation!

Had the lunch special with two pieces of chicken and ordered some gizzards on the side. My sides were mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a biscuit. Very tasty.
On the wall, there was a picture of the founder with Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried chicken .

The have a picture of the chicken bowl combo on their window for $4.99. its a shame that they don’t enforce truth in advertising laws. My bowl looked nothing close to the picture. The picture shows a heaping serving with cheese and chunks of chicken on the top. My bowl didn’t even come up to the top of the bowl. Very little chicken. May be $4.99 but its not worth 1.99. KFC bowl is more generous.
A bit more money, but truer to what they advertise. I use to frequent this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week. They just jacked up their lunch specials that in my opinion were already overpriced. Won’t be visiting much anymore or maybe not at all.

Got 2 3 piece chicken meals worst meal of my life I think. Chicken was dry and bland very old, biscuits were harder than a rock and inedible. I’ve never had chicken this bad from a Lees

Disappointing experience tonight. After placing my order at the drive thru, I waited 20 minutes in line before reaching the pick up window. One car held up the line the entire time! I think our food was boxed and bagged, right after I placed my order, and then sat for 20 minutes. By the time I got it home, the chicken was soggy. The macaroni and cheese was terrible! It was watery, like soup, and the macaroni was mushy. The coleslaw was very good!

Staff is not particularly friendly. They weren’t really rude in any way. It was just obvious that they’re not in the mood to be there. No hello, how are you kind of small talk. No smiles, customer service skills are fairly low.

The person working there was great. The staff was fine. Their service was good but impared by policy. She was actually apologizing for the companies rediculous policy. 30 cents per sauce pack and not even one for free with your meal. We didn’t know until after we paid. So a meal with no sauce except ketchup. We would have likely left if we knew no sauce. Its not cheap to eat fast food these days at all.
The chicken was good. No complaints there. The sides taste like what they probably are, cooped out of an old bin. Mash potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese are blah. The place seemed clean and orderly in the customer area, so no complaints there. A simple policy of the sauces is going to cost customers. The sides I had were also not worth going there for.
