Restaurant was really busy bc it was right after church . Employees were working quickly to fill orders. Service was great . Food came out hot and fresh . Tina is amazing. Even though the line to order food was forming , she worked constantly to fill orders and did in a polite manner to ensure customer satisfaction. She always gives great customer service . I ordered the same items from another Jacks earlier in the week. Difference in the quality and quantity. of food was very noticeable. The Elgin restaurant got it right !

Went to counter yesterday and guy said he had been there 15min and they hadn’t taken his order
Other guy said they had been there 10 min. Workers were making food but pushing it to the drive thru which is “timed “.
Walked out.
Got in drive thru…. got my food in about 8 min, which is still SLOW. Those other two guys are pron still sitting there.

Calling your customer a liar over an order isn’t how you do business. Husband ordered 4 breakfast combos and only 1 biscuit was missing. When called to request a refund on just the missing sandwich he was told “policy doesn’t allow a refund”. BECAUSE the manager heard me in the background talking she hung up on him. When called back she continued to argue with my husband saying he never placed an order for the refund request. When asked for the GM she was refusing to give their name until we offered to call other stores to get it! Stacy needs an attitude check and better training on how to deal with customers!
