That was one of the best Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had!!!
and I’ve had the same sandwich at a lot of different locations, and whatever they did was extra good and extra awesome.
I just added pickles extra mayonnaise. maybe it has ketchup on it or extra ketchup— It was so great.
Little messy because of my request with that much extra sauce, so don’t let it drip on you when you’re driving, but SOOO tasty that I want another one right now, even though I’m full.
The manager lady, her name may have been Emily and it was 4:06 AM on November 30, 2025, she was very accommodating. She also makes very good sweet tea!

The management is terrible. They have Kids working there with no direction. The workers are rude and act like you are bothering them. But in all reality I’ve seen the bigger manager sitting and doing a lot of nothing but eating every time I go there. I only go there because it’s close to my house. Maybe if the manager was motivated the workers would be.

I just stopped in the Drive thru and ordered an Apple Pecan salad with no tomatoes, ranch dressing instead of the vinaigrette and extra pack of pecans. Simple enough but they still blew it. I got the salad with no tomatoes, but they included a vinaigrette pack instead of ranch, just the one pack of pecans and no croutons or crackers was included. Same ol’ lousy Resaca Wendy’s. I thought they was getting better at getting orders right, because they used to be terrible. Now I’m not so sure.

Twice now I have went food was cold and the first time they were out of baked potatos and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to get a refund so I never got my money back for that this time I paid for a son of a baconater and got a jr bacon cheeseburger and I can’t reach customer service also while I was waiting for my food 3 people that came in after me got their food first

would leave 0 stars if it would let me. horrible customer service, very slow, always “out” of everything. i came to pick an order up for doordash and was told to “hang on we’re backed up with orders” while there is 1 car in front of me absolutely pathetic. need new management.

I don’t do fast food. So believe me when I say I haven’t been in Wendy’s since before Covid. I ordered a double combo. People talk about shrinkflation, but WOW! The burgers were thin and dry, the bun was hard and stale. I have a question for Wendy’s. WHERE’S THE BEEF??

This is a Wendy’s inside the Pilot truck stop. This place is NASTY! There is no leadership right now. If there was the counter would not have chocolate frosty dripping all over the counter. As well as having a person working the counter! As I stood for 2 minutes giving the chance that shift change might be happing. Then a young lady looked right at me, then ducked back into the drive thru. I presume so as not have to serve me.
I placed 2 orders. One for dine in, one to go. So what do they do pack my to go order on top of my dine in order. Why? I’m thinking because it was easier than grabbing another bag. Well I guess this is what Wendy’s has come to accept. So sad!

Well, first time ever have I been turned away from purchasing a chocolate frosty from Wendy’s because they are not excepting cash!!! I have never heard of such thing. Not everyone keeps cash on them and that goes for not everyone carries debit/credit cards. This has disappointed me in some kind of way. Like…really!!!! You don’t expect cash! WOW!!!
