We came to Tombstone for a quick getaway — one night and one full day — and we started the morning searching for a great breakfast spot. Shotgun Café kept popping up as the top recommendation, so we gave it a try… and wow, the recommendations were absolutely right.
Our server was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel right at home, and had hot coffee on the table right away. We placed our breakfast order and were blown away by how good everything was. Do yourself a favor and get the pancakes — somewhere between a classic pancake and a flapjack, and honestly some of the best we’ve had.
The whole place has this cozy, comforting vibe, like visiting an old friend. If you’re in Tombstone, this café is a must to start your day right.

Mercy me. Don’t miss this spot. House made beef chorizo tacos with house made hot sauce/salsa is worth the trip from out of state.

As always I give an honest review based on my personal experience. The food was good and reasonably priced, my only issue is the service. We were seated and menus handed out and drinks were served. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order, by then I had ran out of coffee long ago and no refills were offered. This is a small establishment and the place wasn’t completely packed, 3 waitresses can easily handle it however we spent well over an hour and a half there. I was watching them and instead of refilling drinks there was too much chit chatting among them. C’mon girls you can do this.

Great place! Ezairah (our server) was fabulous! Friendly, healpful, flexible menu (we eat Keto), yummy homemade food – that really tastes homemade – just a wonderful old west cafe. It is on the back side of an RV park facing Toughnut St. Look for it – It’s worth finding!!!

Great little out of the way. Food was good staf was friendly. We had the omelets that were made just like we wanted it. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone that like a more mom and pop restaurant

Ordered bacon, eggs, biscuit and coffee. I appreciate scrambled eggs that aren’t scorched (browned), and they, along with the bacon and biscuit was yummy and still hot. The coffee was delicious. Service was friendly, fast and accurate.

I’m sorry to post this, especially for the poor overworked server. I had the French toast, it sucked, the bread was…..crappy. My wife had the chorizo with eggs, it sucked, the chorizo tasted bad. Especially for the prices they charge. In short, though I loathe throwing out food, we took most of it back to hotel and threw it out. It was busy because there is a RV park next to it I believe, but would not go back and , obviously, don’t recommend. Go into town there are much better food quality there especially for a similar price.

So my wife says “this is the earliest place that’s open” which is never a good sign. Turns out it was. Very cozy little cafe for about 20. Food is well priced (and cheaper than fast food) but the deciding factor was the people and the environment. Almost seemed like the employees were all family. 2 waitresses showed up around 7:30 and were very cheery with earlier staff and customers right away. It’s located right behind a RV park where it seems a sleepy community resides. Very welcoming and comfortable!
