Have been coming here for about 3 years since moving to the area. experience is mostly good, everyone is friendly, order is usually right! decided to limit my coffee treats, today was a treat day, ordered light ice received an entire cup full of ice. I don’t drink my coffee for a few hours but I pick it up during the window I have for time. That’s why I order light ice. My $1.25 cold foam is now stuck to the EXTRA ice. Would rather have the room in the cup than all this ice ruining the order. Disappointed 🙁

Mobile preorder for in-store pickup is pointless here. Ordered 20 minutes ahead, arrived on time, still waiting while drive-through cars that ordered later were served first. This is a consistent issue. Fix the prioritization or stop advertising pickup times you can’t meet.

Placed a sign in the drive through “mobile orders only”. Went inside to order and they told me cash or credit is not being accepted at the time, only mobile app orders. I told them that when I try and order through the app, it doesn’t work. The lady at the counter shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry about that” and continued to wipe the already clean counter. Why even remain open if your cash registers are down? Seems like a good way to lose customers

The spicy chorizo breakfast sandwich is my go to. I thoroughly enjoy it. Staff are quite helpful and service is reasonably prompt given how busy the drive through is. A standard Starbucks, convenient to the highway which is a plus for us commuting to work.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks. I was clearly next in line, but the barista (Noelle) tried to help the white man standing next to me instead. He actually spoke up and told her I was first. Even so, she still made his drink first and gave it to him before starting mine. I ended up waiting an additional five minutes. It wasn’t until I asked her name that she finally made my drink. This felt dismissive and biased, and I left feeling disrespected. Everyone deserves equal treatment, no matter who they are.
