Food was excellent, I had the Koobideh Burrito with fries. Really good, Persian flavors are on point. I think the fries have sumac on them.
Note: Food is made fresh, so you’ll have to wait a few minutes.
Update 1-10-26: We got the Koobideh Kabob w/ Rice and Persian Loaded Fries. The Kabob is good, good flavor on the meat, excellent diced veggies. The rice taste like it has saffron in it! The Persian Loaded Fries are awesome! The cheese and meat and the whole thing was very good. The tzatziki sauce I ordered on the side was excellent. We ordered baklava this time and although very good it is a little bit expensive compared to the other food. Try it once at least.
The final note actually has nothing to do with the food. The to-go containers are solid, not flimsy and well made. They take pride in their work.

Really good food! The chicken kabob wrap was great, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!
We didn’t realize it’s a food truck before getting there, but they have a nice covered area with tables and string lights. Some people were ordering ahead and picking up, which cut down on wait time.

I accidentally stumbled upon this kabob spot while visiting Blue Ridge, and I’m so glad I did! The food is absolutely delicious. I tried the chicken wrap, and it was tender, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The falafel bowl was a standout too—crispy on the outside, but bursting with flavor on the inside. The spicy sauce and tzatziki were the perfect complements, adding just the right amount of heat and creaminess.
On top of the amazing food, the folks running the place are incredibly warm and patient. They took the time to explain the menu and really made the experience feel personal.
This place has definitely earned a spot on my “must-stop” list whenever we’re in the area. The combination of the bowl and wrap is a perfect meal, and I can’t wait to go back for more!

Oh my gosh, SO GOOD! And get this… So, my wife has celiac disease, right?… suuuper hard trying to find a place that is prepared to have no cross contamination with gluten (big deal). Xander (sp?) was so knowledgeable, answering all our questions, giving us confidence with very little risk. (Great guys, you’d love ‘em).
On top of that, the food is absolutely delicious. Great ingredients, fresh to order. Go in with a healthy expectation that your food might take some time to cook. After all, healthy, delicious food takes time! Easiest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to give. Highly recommend! Thank you, Xander! Thank you, Kabob Spot!

I decided to try the Kabob Spot tonight for dinner. It was good. I ordered ahead on the Toast Local app and my food was ready right on time. There was plenty of parking around the food truck (which is stationary). They have a few outside dining tables that are covered which is great. The gentleman working the grill tonight was super nice. I enjoyed the flavor of the rice, salad and beef koobideh kabob. However, I wasn’t a fan of the texture of the beef. Next time I think I’ll try the chicken wrap. The flavors reminded me of Mediterranean food, but this is Persian food. Check them out. They’re worth a try!

Fantastic little spot in Blueridge. We tried a couple items and loved everything. We had the beef koobideh burrito and the chicken kabob with rice. Both were delicious and packed with flavor! Worth checking out if you like kabobs

Amazing! I added an extra kebab to our meal to share with my 9 year old…she says she gives it “100 stars”. Flavor is amazing, the meat is tender and moist and the sides are fresh and full of flavor. Definitely must try!

Wow! Food was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the Beef Koonideh wrap which is 70% lamb and 30% beef and it was awesome! My wife had the Chicken Kabob Wrap and throughly enjoyed it. The star of the day was the Persian Loaded fries…my wife and I couldn’t stop eating them til they were gone. We tried because we were in the area and hit a Home run! Give them a try and you will be back i guarantee it.

The staff are very kind and welcoming, the food was absolutely fantastic. The steak kabob was the best I think I’ve had, it was tender and everything was freshly made. I would highly suggest giving this restaurant a visit, it far surpassed my expectations for some legit Persian food in Blue Ridge
