Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve been a regular customer for 5 years and have never had an issue until today. I will not waste one more dollar at this joke of a store. I placed a pick-up order to be ready at 5:15, I was notified through Howie tracker that my pizza was cooked 20 minutes ahead of time. I called and asked if they could remake it because I wanted fresh pizza, not a pizza that had been sitting for 20 minutes. They said no. When I got there in person I looked at my pizza and it was soggy and stale. I asked again if they could remake it as it had been sitting 20 mins before I had asked. The female had a huge attitude and refused to help me. I received nothing but horrible customer service, stale pizza and soggy breadsticks. GO ELSEWHERE, I know I will.

The bread’s texture, temperature, spaghetti sauce, amount of toppings, cheese, crispiness, and moisture were all perfect – practically flawless. The chef, delivery driver Lamont, and Jennifer all deserve praise. Another advantage is that they open an hour earlier than other places, which usually open at 11 AM.

I guess they took it very personal that I paid for a lunch special during the lunch special and asked to pick it up around 6:30 when I was available to pick it up. But I ended up with was either undercooked sub or a sub that had been sitting for over 3 hours. I knew from the first bite that something was wrong and I needed to take a look inside. The meat on the sandwich had creased the dough where it either was sitting all day or they just didn’t bother to cook it. As you can see from the photos that dough is definitely not done and there is no evidence of extra mozzarella. I thought I had finally found something that I can eat however I was totally wrong. I will never order hungry Howie’s again. It’s a wrap. I said I was going to stop eating out all together however I wanted to try one last time to no avail. I am highly irritated however what else can you expect these days?? Next time I’ll starve.

I called specifically and asked if they would be using a 3rd party delivery, they LIED and told me no, then door dash shows up.
The food was ice cold, because they didn’t have it in anything to keep it warm.
I called and talked to them Jon asked how we could take care of this I said just give me a replacement he said ok, he comes back on the phone to tell me I’m sorry we can’t do anything for you.
Been on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with manager Javari. He had no customer service skills what so ever.
Food was cold and nasty. And my kids asked me to make them something else. I should have read the 100 1 star reviews first.

Josh the manager is possibly the most unprofessional human being I’ve ever met. Not only does he hang up on me but then lies about me yelling at him. Ownership is more than welcome to check the phone recordings and will find out he is a liar. And if he lies about things like these then I wonder what else he lies about. Like stealing from this location. Next time I’m in there I will be sure to confront him directly to show him what yelling actually is.

Got a Detroit style deep dish from here, last time it was great! But someone in there is being lazy and used old dough for my pizza, I worked with pizza before I know when someone gave me old dough, do your job right please its not that hard to go back to the fridge and grab fresh dough, I was looking forward to that pizza too, people work too hard to pay for that crap

Regardless if I’m greeted or not, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad pizza from here cause otherwise I would not keep coming back like a big back. Also, I’ve seen some of the customers come here and they should be cooking their own food the way they talk down about this location. The guys work hard and doing the most they can when it’s busy as why I’m giving a good rating and usually tip when I can. This store should not be anything under 4 stars if it is it’s because of the hoodlums leaving reviews and wanting everything their way when it’s not Burger King. Good job, FYI I would choose this location over my favorite location Royal oak.
