Customer service seems to be going downhill. They forgot to give us straws at the drive-through, so I got down to grab them, which wasn’t a big deal. I asked the girl at the register for two straws and she said, “They’re right there.” When I asked where twice, she just stayed quiet like I was bothering her and didn’t try to help. I just needed two straws.

Drinks and cake pops were fabulous! They lady at the window Arlie I believe it was was extremely disrespectful, horrible costumer service, as we mad a complaint to another person she stood behind him smirking when we asked for a managers card. I was soooo disappointed in Starbucks Ruidoso today. We waited in car line for about 30 minutes to order 2 grande hot chocolates with whipped cream. They were barely hot, and tasted like brown water. They had no whipped cream, as clearly ordered. When we got home I had to pull out my Starbucks hot chocolate mix I had purchased at the store and add a half a package to each cup. Then I heated it in the microwave and added a large dollop of whipped cream. Wish I had just made the whole thing at home and saved the $9.00! Very disappointing, Starbucks!

Shop was pretty chill, and clean. Staff was good busy, attentive and helpful, and the lady was very kind. Meet the manager and he was also good. The only thing I would like to see if the in store mugs. I came to drink a coffee after my morning run. So a to go cup is not my choice.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. The lady working was so rude. People would come in the store in bright spirits saying hi and ask questions and she would answer them rude and dry, if she answered them at all. I watched her ignore someone two times while he was asking her a question. I don’t mind waiting, because I know it’s a busy morning. But my coffee tasted disgusting. It was extremely watered down, I had ordered two shaken espressos and she gave them to me with only one shaken. I know this also because I was sitting in the lobby while waiting. I ended up wasting $16 on two drinks that were undrinkable.
If you come to ruidoso, as a Starbucks LOVER, I unfortunately suggest you bring your own coffee rather than go to this location.

We ordered drinks and pastries, and a venti cup of ice. Apparently the biggest they could do is 2 medium cups, so we offered to pay for a large and Luka said he’d have to charge us for a bottle of water. that’s their “policy” ♀️ ♀️
