She has a tattoo on her arm and she helped me and my wife order what was most recommended. We will return to this location since we previously had bad experiences at other one in Mcmurry

I was there on 11/13/2025 for lunch. At first I was bummed because a bus load of teens for some kind of sports team walked in right before I did (nothing against teens or sports teams, but I had to to get back to work!) I stuck it out and I’m glad I did because the staff was so amazing that I still didn’t have to wait too long despite the crowded room. The staff clearly knew how to work together. They were efficient and quick. And even more impressively, they were so kind, patient, and friendly. They killed it! So good to see that. Keep it up! ♥️

Tattooed manager had an attitude, said my order 3 times till he got it right, music was pretty loud, order a California chicken cheese steak first, #13 n a #6, paid for order n only 2 of them were done. The California cheese steak wasn’t even started yet with nothing on the grill! I asked where it was n manager kinda loudly said its not done yet! Sad Sad Sad!

I ordered a giant Italian sub and got a ham and turkey sub with mayo. Didnt realize it until i got home. $20 for this thing. Mayo is disgusting.

Typically love this place, very disrespectful employee today that was rude to her fellow employees when they told her what she was doing was wrong, disrespectful to me. Wasn’t worth it. $20 in the garbage don’t know if i will give it another chance. Very non typical for this location where the the staff has been great and the food correct.

I’ve loved Jersey Mike’s subs, but my latest experience has me questioning if I’ll ever go back. Ordered a giant super sub which costs $18 and should include 4 different meats and it was so lacking in meat that there was more lettuce and tomato than meat. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable value. Guess Blackrock buying them wasn’t good for customers. Who would’ve known…

My mom wanted me to try a tuna sub from instead of Subway where I usually go for a tuna subs so we ordered a tuna with provolone cheese. After I got home and opened the paper it had Italian dressing on it. Since I was in shock that anyone would put Italian dressing on tuna.
I will never eat or suggest anyone to order from that place.

Super job! I went in during a very busy dinner rush and was taken care in a timely manner. Everyone was on point with doing their “job”. Super friendly. I am so happy they are now in Washington. Great launch . Super good subs! I will make sure to tell my friends.

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars they would earn it 100% of the time! The food is always nice and fresh and comes out quickly. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Last time I ordered the buffalo cheesesteak and it was ready in about 5 minutes and was the perfect consistency!

I stopped in on my lunch break to grab a sub. There was one person they were finishing with. So I waited. A girl came over and ask cold or hot sub. I saw cold. She let out the biggest sigh and rolled her eyes. Turned her back to me to talk to her co worker. So I walked out. When they ask started at me. I said if you don’t want to wait on me I’ll go some where else. Terrible customer service. I guess going to a sub shop and asking for a cold sub is to much work for them. Go anywhere else if you want to be treated properly.
