To Whom it may concern, on today 10/6 I walked in to this location and was greeted by the manager in a very rude way because I ranged the bell in the picture. I did it in a jokingly manner as I was talking to another person in line. She told another customer she got distracted because I ranged the bell for no reason which was rude. I’m here to buy food not be treated rude. The bell is there on the counter for us to use. I don’t understand how she could be agitated by something like that.
Tried to shake it off and reorder! “Oh so now you want me to fix your food?”

Then here comes another Pilot Employee who’s apparently her brother, he gets all in my face trying to swing on me! What kind of ppl do they have working for them! I’m a customer but got rude service and threatened by another. Thanks to ROZ for giving me a free pizza

I am about half through a take my time, and do what I wanna 1485 mile road trip.This was by far my best experience so far. Friendly, smiling staff, that welcome you when you enter. Connect interpersonally with each customer, while still providing quality meals in an expedient manner. As I waited and watched in line, it was a pleasure to observe such positive and professional leaders.

I recently visited your location and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. I understand that working in a fast-paced environment can be challenging, but I found the interaction with one of your staff members to be unprofessional and rude. It’s important for customers to feel respected and valued, and I would appreciate it if the staff could focus on providing good service.
