I’m not typically a Starbucks fan simply because I just like a nice hot cup of strong coffee. But, this location was on the was from my hotel to my office this week. I ordered from the app 5 minutes before I left and it was ready at 5:30am every morning. I was greeted with a smile and a “have a great day” during the 5 seconds we interacted. It was a pleasant experience. I plan on getting more cups of coffee from Starbucks going forward.

Located next to a lake and seating beautifully next to it, this Starbucks location, design and store layout is serenity. ️
It has a drive through, nice outdoor seating facing the beautiful lake and the inside is very spacious and cooling.
Baristas are a fun bunch and they are very friendly. Added an extra shot to nice cold drink on this very, very hot day!
This store easily seats 20+ pax and I will suggest you do a take away, walk down to the river, and come back to the store and finish up your drink. It’s a great way to relax and unwind a little I’m glad I took time out from work to visit this outlet. ☕️

This store use to be great, but after my last visit 12/3/25, I WILL NOT return! The employee working drive thru was rude, not personable to any degree, and acted like she was superior/a know it all! Long time customer that won’t return to this store!

For over 20 years, I have been a fan, a customer, enjoyed my interaction with Starbucks baristas across different countries and US states; yet, I have never experienced what I experienced 6:15 am today, 11/05/25. These are the words I shared with the person at the window after a verbal interaction with whomever was taking my order drive thru. I asked for Venti Medium or Dark roast coffee. To begin with, they obviously had hard time understanding me. I have taught in English for over 20 years, yet no one ever told me I am hard to understand. Hearing a different accent probably poked their xenophobia, to then rudely and unprofessionally arguing with me that I need to pick between Medium or Dark. In a very rude tone, they kept insisting more even after I said I left it to you, whichever is fine. This is not disappointing, it’s disgusting how a franchise like Starbucks neglect training these teenagers with little experience of the world, and certainly no to little experience of hearing accents in this rural America. I love Starbucks, yet resent this location now on.

Nice, newer Starbucks. Good flow in store. Indoor and outdoor seating, close to 75 interstate. Fairly quick service. Many people in there on laptops, so a good place to hangout or do work. Decent amount of seating if you include outdoor seating. Close to many restaurants and the AMC theatres are right across the interstate.

First time at this Starbucks, however, I agree the quality at most stores has decreased with the increase of popularity…. I stop asking for cold foam because depending on which state and location, it’s either little to no cold foam or half cup and no coffee cold foam. Today it’s not a full cup of coffee as if I should have added cold foam

i have been coming to this starbucks for a year now, but the quality has gone down significantly. i asked for a venti pink drink with light ice but instead i got extra ice. this happened repeatedly, the drive thru times have also gone down significantly it used to take 10 mins now it takes almost 20. employees also seem unenthusiastic.

The guy on the drive thru was so rude. I asked for a latte with chai and when they gave it to me it looked really white so I just asked if it had espresso in it and the guy got really confrontational like he wanted to fight but I just wanted to know if it had espresso lol
