We enjoyed the smaller more intimate restaurant feel-its definitely smaller than most outbacks I’ve been too but I see it as a plus. We got the Delmonico steak and salmon salad. The steak was cooked as ordered to medium and we both agreed was the best steak we’ve had at an outback steakhouse. Jaylin was our server and her service was well accommodating.

We made a reservation ahead of time for a party of 10 when we arrived our tables were not ready we then waited for about an hour to get drinks and appetizers from a waitress who seem less than enthusiastic to be waiting on our table and after all was said and done we were served rancid spoiled meat that could not be eaten. Now while we were offered a full refund and then offered an additional meal from the establishment there was no way I was ever eating another piece of food that came from that building. And the manager didn’t even come address us till the very end after he saw that we were still unhappy with the results of everything because no one seemed very authentic or concerned that they had just served bad meat. I wouldn’t go here again I wouldn’t feed this food to my enemy. If you look you can see the line of bad meat cooked into the red juices.

B.J. was awesome! He has eyes in the back of his head and took care of all of our needs!! The coconut shrimp and brussels sprouts were very good! The baked potato soup tasted homemade and was surprisingly tasty.
I watched every table and everything around me, the food, the other servers….It was PERFECT service for this many people for a near capacity Friday night, the service is absolutely excellent and fast after seating!! Excellent Support staff keeping the sides and food moving and keeping it running like a well oiled machine
B.J. is a 1st class and Experienced server just ask for him ;), the Manager was super sweet and very personable and understands the hospitality industry, THANK YOU to the Liberty Outback TEAM You guys ROCK!!!!

Have been in this store before and enjoyed it. However, we had the best experience today, coming in for a steak lunch. I asked our server Nick about the Delmonico Ribeye and hopped for a great result. The cut was fantastic, tender, thick, & cooked to perfection,… beautiful chargrilled crust surrounding perfect medium rare flesh, tender, succulent, deeply flavorful, & delicious. Nick was wonderful and I appreciate his help in making the decision to select the cut today. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

The food was great. However, the service was just okay. Waitress was friendly, but I went about 10 or 15 minutes with an empty drink, which is a big deal for me as I can’t eat without water. Our waitress did bring us extra bread which was a bonus. The biggest issue for me was that it was 20~ degrees outside and there is a takeout door in the dining area and everytime it opened, a big gust of freezing area came in and the door was opened VERY often, making it an uncomfortable dining experience. I had to keep my coat on the entire time and shivered. Please add a second door to stop the freezing air from coming in, or use the front entrance. Bad placement for a takeout door in the dining area. I’m sure this isn’t an issue in the warmer months but boy was it cold!!

We went here after work today and it was superb. I haven’t been to outback in a long time and neither had my husband. Our server, Nick, was great! The food was so great and the boomerang margarita flight was refreshing! Would definitely come back here again!

Dinner was good. My only complaint is the chimichurri steak was small, dry, and not very flavorful. The picture on the menu made it seem like a more substantial piece of meat. My husband got a bone in NY strip and it was so flavorful, juicy, and had an amazing “grill” flavor. If I come back I’m getting that. Service was great. They give a free slice of chocolate cake for birthdays. My brother liked his wings but wished they were crunchier

This was our first visit to the new Outback in Liberty. I had the ribs and my wife had chicken wings. Both meals were excellent along with salads that were also good. Our server Renee did an excellent job of taking care of us. Restrooms were nice and clean. My only compliant is I got a 1/2 rack of ribs and man it didn’t seem like much. I guess that’s how life is these days – more cost and in some cases less product, but it was well worth it. We hope to go back soon.
2/14/26, Had a carryout dinner here today. This place is the best. Although they were packed because it was Valentine’s Day, they were ready for the crowd. Our meal was accurate and on-time. We had the wings and Salmon, in addition to salads, bake potato and mash potatoes. My wife and I were so please that everything turned our perfect. Thanks to the owner, manager and team members. Please don’t change a thing. See you soon.

Stopped in at Outback and had an awesome experience. Even walking in, someone held the door and welcomed us in — small thing, but it set the tone right away. We were seated fast, food came out quick, and everything was hot and exactly how we ordered it. Our server checked on us just enough without hovering, kept drinks full, and was super friendly. Overall, really smooth visit and great service. Would definitely come back.
