Great food but horrible customer experience on 2nd visit. Placed a order and waited while 3 customers came in after me and left with their food in 10 minutes. I kindly asked if my food is almost ready, then she said I’m making it now. She takes 2 phone orders and helps another customer completely neglecting my order. After 35 minutes of waiting I just left. Hopefully, you guys get it right.

Es muy curioso. Cuando mi hijo y/o mi esposo pasan a comprar comida y nos llevan a mi hija y a mi, la tortilla con carne lleva salsita de tomate, jalapeño y cebollín.
Basado en eso, ordeno lo mismo y resulta que a nosotras nos ponen las tortillas con dos pedacitos de carne seca.
Chicas servicio al cliente no ve rostros. Todos pagamos lo mismo y también cuando uno llama a ordenar, no te piden siquiera un nombre para recoger.
Cómo saben quién les ordenó qué?
Honestamente, pésimo servicio! Y perdón por ser honesta. Espero que eso les ayude a mejorar!
