This location is consistently out of pizza. I waited for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line just for them to say they don’t have any pizza. When I asked the young lady why does this always happen? She said she was very sorry but they always have orders of 20 or more pizzas. If it’s the norm that you get orders of 20 pizzas or more on a Friday or Saturday night, why are they not prepping for this large amount? If it’s every weekend, that way they can fill the orders and fill the orders of the drive-thru window. In the end they would make more money

The wait is brutal and the line outside is long, as well as the wait inside. And this is 7:30 p.m. Arrived 28 minutes ago. It’s probably best to order at least an hour ahead…
*Finally got my pies at 7:41 p.m. Forty minutes later. And this was three simple “hot-n-ready” pepperoni pizzas.
I recommend going to other fast food restaurants when you’re ready to head home after work.

The native lady was very rude, disrespectful and very racist to me and my brother when we went to order a single pizza. She said to wait 15 minutes for the pizza but it took almost 37 minutes, and the pizza was really cold and gross. I will personally never eat there again because of the disrespect.

If I could rate this place as 0 stars, I would. This has to be the worst little Caesars pizza in the company’s history. They are slow, rude, dirty, and slow. Why order a pizza in advance to only have to wait in their drive thru for a damn hour. These are pizzas people, one of the most simple things to make. Nobody here has any sense of customer service or appreciation for their customers. They need to close this location and never come back.

I placed an order online, went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. They agreed to remake the order and asked me to come back in 10 minutes. When I came back to pick up my order, they wanted me to pay a second time.
Lousy customer service and rude employees. Got home to eat and the pizza was ice cold and the dough was raw.
Do yourself a favor, eat Anyplace but here.
