My first time going to Raising Canes and let me tell you… My family and friends are probably sick of me telling them they need to try them out Service was fast, order was accurate and their food is AMAZING. I’m sorry Popeyes but I have a new favorite!

Let me say this plainly: this Cane’s location is ELITE. Not just because the chicken tenders are crispy enough to echo, or the toast is thick enough to start a cult — but because the people here go above and beyond.
A Salute That Hit Home
Rolling through the drive-thru after a long day, I didn’t expect much more than a quick meal. But the Cane’s team spotted my military license plates, gave me a nod of respect, and without even being asked, added a military discount with a smile.
That simple act? It meant more than the sauce ever could. (And that sauce is already legendary.)
The Box Combo That Changed My Life
• Chicken Tenders – Golden, crunchy, juicy. Each bite sings the national anthem.
• Cane’s Sauce – Let’s be honest: if they bottled this, I’d subscribe monthly.
• Texas Toast – Fluffy, buttery, grilled to perfection. You’ll question every other slice of bread in your life.
• Crinkle-Cut Fries – Lightly seasoned, always fresh. Perfect for double-dipping.
• Coleslaw – I swap it for extra toast because I live deliciously.
And don’t forget the Arnold Palmer (half sweet tea, half lemonade) — the perfect chaser for fried greatness.
Pro Tips for Maximum Crispy Joy:
✅ Ask about the military discount — they honor it with pride.
✅ Swap the slaw for double toast like a Cane’s veteran.
✅ Extra sauce. Always. No further explanation needed.
✅ Go mid-afternoon to dodge the drive-thru rush.
✅ Planning for the squad? Get the Tailgate Pack — it’s fried gold for the whole crew.
Final Verdict:
Raising Cane’s Manchester isn’t just fast food — it’s fast gratitude with a side of crispy perfection.
They honor those who serve, serve up flavors that hit, and do it all with a vibe that feels like home. Whether you’re local, active duty, or just hungry, this spot deserves a standing ovation (with dipping sauce in hand).
10/10. No notes. Just tenders, toast, and respect.

Not crazy about this place.
Half of a Hot Dog roll .. is considered Texas Boast?
Cole Slaw was adequate. Eager to accept your cabbage.
Chicken Tenders were overcooked. And 1 oz. Of Sauce .. that is suspiciously weird.
Crinkle fries were over frozen to the point of questionability?
Girl at POS .. wasn’t all that friendly.
Don’t care .. won’t return.

I started coming here originally, a week or so after you folks opened, last year. I did that for a few months, where I came religiously, multiple times per week, until I started noticing a decline in the food and service. I stayed away for 7-8 months and real recently, I started patronizing the establishment again. I was rather impressed when I returned. I found new staff members, many of which replaced the old one’s who stopped caring. They also drove me out the door, as a customer. I can say, I really appreciate the new staff much better. They remember my name, what I order, and they are always super friendly, while interacting with them. They visit my table and ask how the food was. They also have picked up my tray once done eating. My food is always served hot and fresh now, and the restaurant has gained my business back. I visit multiple times per week, as what I had been doing previously. So thankful for the opportunity to re-review the establishment. Let’s hope things remain this way, and I won’t have to come back and change this again. And can continue to patronize the establishment, regularly. Thank you, Raising Cane’s!

My husband and I tried Raising Canes for the first time. It was good, not great. Chicken was moist and tender but not much flavor. Had a few pieces that still had the tendon inside.
Fries were simple frozen crinkle cuts that were cooked properly. Dipping sauce was good. Coleslaw also good.
Fountain soda had good small ice but they completely fill it so not much room for actual soda. Next time I’ll have to ask for little ice.
Nothing spectacular but good for what it is.

I usually go to canes many times it’s one of my favorite places but when I tell you how disappointed I am with the management attitude it is unbelievable. I walked in around 10:30 on a Wednesday, the lady who took my order was PHENOMENAL!! She was so nice and attended us greatly. We had given her change and she had left it on top so she could quickly grab the cups for us, when all of a sudden, this very big lady who had a headpiece on, looked like a manager, came over and completely belittled the woman helping us. Telling her to not leave her change out because it will get stolen and that it’s completely on her. I understand the point but the way she embarrassed this lady and yelled at her is something you never do. She yelled at her so loud it brought tears to my eyes. After I ate, I was gettin ready to leave and I was looking over because I still was shocked. The manager was in the back where u can see on her phone talking to two employees, when the lady who helped us out got a phone call and called her over. I think she said jana but I’m not sure. The manager walked over didn’t even speak to the lady snatched the phone and looked back at the two other employees and rolled her eyes.
I love canes but seeing this behavior to a lady who I thought was giving exceptional service, so friendly was probably the most friendliest worker I’ve met yet at canes, and to see her be yelled at like that for really no reason is sad to see. Hope this manager gets fired!! No need for a person like that.

I guess it was an off afternoon… tenders were a bit dry and had been sitting. Not fresh. Fries were just there and offered nothing extra. I assume the bread is served cold? Cole slaw was a bit too tangy and the soda was mostly ice. Luckily there are better option every where.

I ordered the box combo received my food. It came out fast. It was fresh and everything was there. Nothing was missing, except my spoon, which then isn’t a big deal, but I was already home by the time I had realized they have not given me a spoon, but the food was good. Everything was fresh Clean location and excellent customer service.

The sauce is excellent but this place has NOT lived up to the hype, which is really disappointing since I LOVE fried chicken. The tenders are insultingly small, they’re always soggy and never crispy, and the fries are always undercooked (basically white in color) and soggy. Seems like the fries are legit microwaved. Dave’s Hot Chicken is right down the street and significantly better. The chicken/fries are always crispy & the tenders are TRIPLE the size (not exaggerating). It’s honestly hard to disappoint me, and I rarely give bad reviews, but Raising Cane’s has earned it.
