Pretty disappointed with this place. We usually get food from the Mexican restaurant in Castlewood, but decided to try here since it’s closer. We ordered 6 beef hard shell tacos and some chips and salsa. I asked the man over the phone for my total and he said he didn’t have it. Didn’t need a name for my order either. Imagine my surprise when my boyfriend gets back from picking up the food and tells me it was $27!!! Looking at their menu 3 tacos are $6.50, and not seeing chips and salsa, but chips and cheese are $5 I believe. I was expecting MAYBE $22 max. Even more disappointed after looking at the food. The tacos only had lettuce and cheese, and were less than 30% filled. That being said, the flavor of the beef was GOOD, even if each taco only included maybe half of a tablespoon of meat. The salsa also tasted nice. However, we will just keep going to our staple Mexican place in Castlewood. Definitely not nearly $30 worth of food.

I have been to enjoy the best fresh hot food here two times in one week. Super friendly service, great food, and reasonably priced. I’m sorry I forgot pictures. Food looked too good to wait. Highly recommend Enchiladas Supremas, all seafood entrees, and delicious Guacamole. Great margaritas.

My son and I went in to eat and waited for ever to even be acknowledged then waited forever for our food. When the food came my son’s steak was nothing but fat and what wasn’t fat was so tough it couldn’t even be eaten. Then when I told the manager he just blew us off and didn’t care. From working in serving and restaurant myself that is most DEFINITELY not how things should be handled. I promise there are MUCH better places to eat!!!

This place was awful. The food was so bland and wasn’t well made. The waiter was awful. He was a older small man. He wasn’t friendly and everything we asked him it was like it was an inconvenience. I will not be going back and suggest no one else wastes their money at this place.

MAKE SURE you see a price list for drinks if you plan on having them, 0 and I mean zero transparency for reasonable drink prices. The food is OK but I will not return, to much arguing between staff members and the price gouging for this day and age is absurd. El palenque, or puerto nuevo are much better destinations for this area

This place has horrible service and subpar food. It was our anniversary and my wife ordered a frozen margarita that never came. We asked them at the end of the meal and they said nothing. It was weird. The waiter was unfriendly and rude. Save yourself the trouble and ride down 71 to Castlewood El Palenque, they rock.

Rudest employees and worst services I’ve ever had. Have given multiple chances and always leave disappointed. Orders are never correct, waiter is always rude and togo orders are never correct. Use to be great but has gone downhill.
