Prices are high, but quality of the food is amazing and service was great everytime. Just wish it was more affordable or deals. I don’t go enough for the rewards points to benefit me. My favorite is always Turkey Bacon Bravo!!

Took my 69 year old mother to panera bread in alliance ohio on 1-3-2026 . The cashier was pretty smug ( im better then thou) didnt respect my request for a manager. And this fanchise IS NOT SENOIR FRIENDLY.the only menus are the ones behind the counter and there is no discounts for seniors besides their discounted items on the menu.

everytime i order chicken noodle soup its all broth. paying so much money for just broth is crazy. i asked for extra noodles they said they can’t do that then proceeded to give me a soup with one, ONE singular noodle. just crazy. i won’t be going back. bob evans hooked me up for half the price and twice the portion/quality.

Love their food but $$$ insane the amount they get for it! Small portions compared to when they first opened.
Customer service was good on front at register but back at receiving they all lack asking what you’re waiting on and calling any names out loud. I came back for a refill for a special drink and no one acknowledged me for a while. I finally said something and then the manager asked me after I was taken care of.
Anyways always enjoyed their food but super bummed they don’t have tater soup year round!

Ordered a salad waited 20 minutes and when I get home the salad had No chicken, No blue cheese crumble, there was wilted lettuce in the bowl. I find paying $13 for a salad you have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru for should be prepared properly.

The blonde girl with long eyelashes, long ugly sharp nails, and usually is wearing a black jacket with bedazzled crosses is probably the rudest food service worker I’ve ever experienced in my life. Without fail she is so nasty, no matter what. She is rude at the speaker, she is rude at the window, I say have a good day, thank you, and every single time she shuts the window in my face and says nothing, or gives attitude. I don’t understand. I worked in food service, I totally understand having a bad day, or how awful and nasty people can be over food, and I’d understand her giving that attitude to someone who is rude but I’ve never done anything to warrant that. I have coworkers who have had the same experiences with her. It’s ridiculous and so unkind.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that they charge you premium prices just to completely get the wrong order. It seems that 85% of the time your order is messed up. You either get someone else’s order completely or you get your order, but all the extra stuff you requested and promptly got charged for, is missing. If you complain, you get maybe a $20 gift card. Which is nice, but our order was over $40. I think that maybe you need to hire people that can at least take some pride in their job and understand what they are doing. Or another idea, maybe have a manager that has to look at the orders before they leave. To make sure that not only is it right, but made correctly as-well. Anymore, it really seems like people just don’t care. Take pride in your work!!!! Whether you hate your job or not!!!! Your actions don’t just affect you they affect other people as well!!! For example, tonight we ordered 2 salads and an extra baguette.
Because someone didn’t take the time to properly label bags, 4 people now have no dinner, (I assume the other order was for 2, as the order we received was 2 salads.. just not what we ordered).

Well this is or was my favorite salad…..they told me this was a full order not a half even though I ordered one yesterday and this is half the size i had. Way to disappoint someone on their birthday when their daughter takes them out to lunch.
