I normally don’t write reviews, but this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had in Colorado.
When I pulled into the drive-through today at noon, I was met with an irritated “oh my god.” I tried to be understanding — I managed restaurants for years and know bad days happen — but the behavior that followed was unacceptable. The employee became upset when I asked to use tap-to-pay and repeatedly slammed the window shut. When I said “thank you,” he didn’t respond.
This wasn’t my first issue here. On my previous visit, the girl at the window appeared to be under the influence — so impaired she almost dropped both my card and my food. It was incredibly unprofessional and concerning.
Taco Bell seriously needs to address staffing and training at this location. I will not be returning. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to the other location where the service is consistently polite, professional, and competent.
If I were the GM here, I’d be embarrassed. This situation reflects poor leadership and a lack of basic operational standards.

Taco Bell is normally a little treat for me and my son after his doctor’s appointment, but we won’t be back to this location at all.
I pulled into the drive-thru and was asked to wait, which I did. Not a problem.
But then instead of a nice welcome, I got, “Are you going to order food?”
I let it slide. No biggie.
I started to order and was cut off before even finishing saying the first item!
I was told they didn’t have Cherry Pepsi, which isn’t true, but whatever. I asked what else they had and was told, “We have a menu; look at it.”

This location has quick service and located on a stretch of Evergreen Pkwy without many quick options. I’m not a big fast food person, but I’ve been enjoying the cantina burrito.

Food is made better at this location compared to most. Not a lot of businesses survive very long up in the town of Evergreen, but this Taco Bell has been here 20 years at least. They do a great job.

My food is completely smashed. I got everything that I did not order. I waited for 35 minutes inside. You had three employees and they seem like they had no idea what they were doing. Everyone was learning maybe it was just a bad day for you guys, but this is every single time I come to Taco Bell and Evergreen and unfortunately it’s my daughters and my favorite place to go.

This was by far and away the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life in January. I’ll be 45. And my nine-year-old daughter agreed. We didn’t even make it to the speaker before we were being greeted and not only were we rushed through the process on making a decision, we were rushed out of the drive-through when no one else was at the building and then almost forced to take a refund because we would not go forward.. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never ever go to Taco Bell again. And then Did not get what we ordered and had a hair in our cinnamon twists.

Go through the drive-thru ask for a lot of sauce says nope one per item put it inside open you can come get more worthless staff. Since I had to get my own cost you 100 Diablo sauces maybe next time you’ll give your customer what they ask for
