My visit to Waffle House was excellent overall. I ordered the Delmonico steak, cheese grits,eggs, and toast. Although my request for eggs was not prepared as ordered and came out scrambled. The service was outstanding other than one mistake. The steak was cooked to medium rare, and the meal was delicious and satisfying. The restaurant was clean, and the friendly service made the experience memorable. Waffle House remains a great spot for classic comfort food. Highly recommended 93 B

There were plenty of staff to help us. The waitresses quickly cleared the dirty tables for new customers. The food was prepared to order. The pecan waffle was fluffy and delicious. Everything was great!

Food and service was great, but the atmosphere was terrible. Seymour High School had just won a regional and they piled into that place. The noise me and my two friends didn’t mind, it was all the filthy language that they handled, disgusting.

Did our usual WH stop when traveling. Kudos to the Mngr and staff. Even my daughter brought to my attention how clean everything was especially the floors. Cari was our hostess and even though she was new took very good care of both our table and counter group. Thanks again Cari for the great service and especially for taking care of my grandkids.

We stopped in for lunch around 12 today. The food was actually really good! The prices have went up since the last time I ate at Waffle House. I don’t mind it thought because like I said the food was good. All the employees were really nice and sweet as well. It was a great time.

We arrived to find that there was a very long wait time, and my party was pressed for travel time. Waffle House Is MY FAVORITE ROAD TRIP RESTAURANT. I love their food and their consistency!! We went to Outdoor Burgers in Farragut, TN which was a surprisingly good stop and grab food restaurant!! We didn’t stay there to eat, we took it to go and ate in the car on the road, but they have tasty food that was reasonably priced and portable!!! Win Win on this road trip!!!

The place was empty the whole 30/40mins we were there. Every table was dirty with old plates and trash all over. The three employees were sitting down eating KFC when we walked in. Eggs were undercooked, bacon overcooked, grits were horrible, and the coffee was old. We only left a good tip because the young waitress was attentive .

The food was good, but I paid $18.50 for a western omelette and tomato juice. Each can of juice which were the tiny ones were $2.50 each and I had 2. Toast was going to be an additional $2.50. I was afraid to ask for grits. I might had had to apply for a loan.

I have been a long-time patron of the Waffle House in Seymour and have always appreciated the familiar ambiance of this establishment. However, I must express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at this particular location in Sevier County. The quality of the food, especially the waffles, did not meet the expectations I have for this chain. Additionally, I noticed that there was only one cook on duty, which resulted in an extended wait time for service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location in the future.
