If I can give a negative 10, I would. Seems like they NEVER stay open during normal hours. This is the 2nd time I’ve made a blank trip. They close at random. It’s very inconvenient to make a blank trip. I asked the lady what’s the hours, because the site says 9p. She said 8p. Mind you it was 7:27p. I said well ma’am it isn’t 8p. She said she has to pull the register down and clean. Smh close the place down. Other reviews have the same complaint.

This place used to be your standard subway, recently it’s taken a steep dive in quality to no fault of the one employee that works there. The store closes at random times. On my visit 9/14/24 the store was hot, smelled like bleach, and had almost none of the vegetables. Get that poor lady some help.

I just witnessed the employee fussing with a customer. She toasted his sandwich without him asking. She told him it was too late and she wasn’t making another one. She fussed with him the whole time he was in there and fussing after he left very unprofessional horrible atmosphere and they had no ice for drinks and she didn’t even care. Some people need to work in the back and not with the public. I don’t think I will ever go back to that subway

I came in for a sandwich on March 22, 2018 at 2:20pm. The reason I am stating the date and time is so that the manager may reprimand the employees that were on duty at the time. They were spewing profanity and relationship drama as I was trying to place my order, and they weren’t even listening to me. One of the employees was taking a personal phone call, profanity spewing left and right. Because they were too busy gossiping, they forgot to put sauce on my sandwich, so i had to ask her to unwrap it so i could have sauce. After ringing up my total, they went to the back, played on their phones in my sight, and continued to yell and curse as if they were at their own house. Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. The girls never smile or greet you. Also, the sign on the door says they open at 8am.. well that’s not accurate. I waited until 8:20 the other morning but ended up leaving because they still hadn’t opened.

Service isn’t the greatest. Employees seem to lack the ability to operate sufficiently. Has not had any of what asked for. Asked on 3 separate occasions for a turkey, bacon, and guacamole wrap. Was told that they do not have that….

Everytime I go there, everyone has an attitude, they never smile, very lazy. Never feel welcomed there. Only reason I gave 2stars is bc the only good thing is the food.
