This chipotle has been going down hill for years and tonight it disappointed me enough to make a review. Skimped me on the rice, skimped me on the steak ( they were down to the last few pieces in the tray and rather than giving me a correct portion they figured the would skimp me, and probably the next person who wanted steak). Later down the line they slam a pound of corn into my bowl. Even the soda machine was terrible. My son got a coke and it was watered down and did not taste like coke. Terrible restaurant, and no pride in their work.

I came in tonight on a Thursday.. No line, not busy. I wanted 4 meals to go. The workers seemed like they was in a race to see how fast they could get me through the line. I mean, can you slow down a second to ask what I want on each one. It was like a damn marathon. There is zero reason to treat a customer like this. I’m in customer service and the LAST thing a customer wants is to feel so rushed they don’t even know if their order was correct. The inconsistency in spoonfuls is horrible. Half scoop of meat, third scoop of rice. You upped your prices while your customer service is severely lacking. You need to train them all the same way and actually treat a customer like they matter. Will not be returning to this Chipotle due to this.

this is probably one of the worst chipotle’s. I’ve ever been to the customer service is terrible. The portions are terrible. The price point is the same at every chipotle, but when you combine the price point with the bad customer service, even from the general manager, the young man is rude just generally not nice to their customers. I have an issue every time I go in there and it’s sad because it’s the only chipotle so that means I can’t have chipotle if I’m at home I wish they would get another one or get a new staff because they are giving chipotle the worst name one of the employees trying to talk me into getting some guacamole that was brown. Tell me it was nothing wrong with it. Avoid this location at all cost.

The kids meal for my daughter is too small so I usually have to order a bowl. I am very impressed, the serving amount is really good. I have not seen that in a while. I used the restroom and it was clean. The tables look clean as well. Very happy! I hope it tastes good as well!

Usually I don’t have issue. But today I walked in and asked for tacos Togo in a bowl. I always get them this way bc they don’t stick and less mess. Well today I was told they couldn’t be separated after I asked numerous times while this one young gentleman was making them. His customer service was very poor. If he didn’t know how to do them he should have asked or I would have helped but he insisted that’s the way it is and that’s it. Very disappointing where is the integrity in working anymore.

Most times there is a line but it goes fast, usually I can get my order in and out in 2 minutes. The quality is good and always a place for a good chips and salsa. It’s definitely gotten better but sometimes the chips can be soggy but not all the time. Good place still.

So the thing is normally I never ever have a problem with this chipotle, ever. But tonight I picked up my order and once I was home I pulled all the items out of the bag. I ordered a large side of guacamole and chips. This is what the guacamole I was given. It looks like coleslaw! I have no idea what that was. I already filled out the form online and of course I received a refund from it. But I wanted to be able to show a picture of it so they knew what I was talking about, it wouldn’t let me. So here I am. I still have them three stars because I do like the establishment. Just disappointing is all.

Don’t ever order online with this location. You’re better of going in person where the store can’t short you. The food is still good and all that but the last several orders have just gotten worse and worse. Hopefully, it’ll change but going inside isn’t the worst thing in the world.
