Today I order the General Taos chicken and was greatly disappointed! The chicken was super tiny pieces, too much breading, way overcooked, more like chicharrones than chicken, and the sauce tasted more like a super sweet mandarin chicken than a spicy General Tao’s. I love the Pho here, but I think the owner has become stingy with his meat portions and needs to improve this recipe.

The owners are so cool but, this is the best Pho you’re ever going to find in Twin Falls hands down!

The wonton soup is my obsession- haven’t tried anything I didn’t like. Authentic food with kind people. The broth has so much flavor, the bok choy is cooked perfectly, perfect amount of garlic and rice noodles. Highly recommend.

The Pho was really good. Fresh and light.
I wasn’t a big fan of the spring rolls. The potstickers were yummy though. The fried yellow noodles were great. We had a good meal here.

After getting groceries with my both kids, they got hungry and I choose to get quick asian food for them. And I ordered stif fry yellow noodles, spring rolls and pork steam buns. I don’t expect special at first but after the food come out and I mean look at the noodles , it looks exactly the same as asian street food looks so tempting and soo good. The service is amazing as well. Not regretting anything came here even though the parking kind hard took me forever find good spot since I bring kids and it’s raining all day today. Definitely will come back with my husband he’ll absolutely love it.

The Pho was great.
We had 3 large bowls of beef Pho. The broth was excellent. My only complaint would be the lack of hot sauce to add. What we were given was just oil and it did have much heat.
The meatballs are some of the best I’ve ever had. Very friendly service.
The location is an issue. Hard to find napkins and the like. I understand why you don’t want random people taking them who haven’t paid.
Overall it was good.

No basil at a Phó restaurant?? Basil also helps the soup, it’s a must. Flank steak a little tuff. The broth slightly unsalted. But this a good and quick spot if you’re in a pinch and are craving Phò

Nice Vietnamese food. I ordered the wonton soup. It’s very delicious. Lots of ingredients with some vegetables. It’s nice to find a good noodle soup in this region.

While Fuji Express wasn’t bad, it didn’t quite stand out either. The beef phở had a decent broth, though it lacked the depth of flavor I’ve had at other places. The spring rolls were fresh but a bit bland, and the dipping sauce didn’t do much to elevate them. On the plus side, the service was friendly, and the portions were generous. I will note that their house-made chili paste is excellent. Overall, it’s an okay spot for a casual meal, but I’d look elsewhere for an authentic Vietnamese experience.

The pho was awesome. The service was nice and we didn’t wait long for it to come out. The pho had lots of flavor and the broth was really good. The portions were bigger were than most places I’ve been to.
