Food was solid overall, but not standout. The burgers were good, just nothing that really knocked your socks off. The kids enjoyed their hot dogs. The jalapeño poppers were pretty good, and the tots were good as well.
I did ask for my burger with no onion and mustard, but it came out with just mustard and onion. Mistakes happen, so not a huge deal, just worth noting.
The onion rings were $5 for five rings, which felt a little steep. Our total came to $68 after a $10 tip. That’s about average for a sit-down meal these days, but it felt a bit pricey for the overall quality. I will come back and try the sandwiches next time.

Husband took us out to the by-pass deli. My husband ordered the the bacon-wrapped hot dog. Delicious. My son got the avocado hamburger. I swear it was gone in seconds. I ordered the The Philly cheesesteak. I could only eat half of it. Absolutely the Best Food!!!
I recommend this restaurant to anybody
I also want to give a huge shout out to the hostess there. Because I left my purse at the restaurant not realizing that I left it. Went home. Realized I forgot it at the restaurant. My husband called them saying we have your purse. When I got there everything was still inside. Very thankful. And I will be back great food!!!

It’s a great place for a quick, delicious lunch! It’s the best reuben I’ve had in Columbia, hands down! Plenty of meat and toppings every time. Oh, and dont forget to get a slice of pie!

Normally this is my goto for a good cheeseburger and they have the combination i really enjoy…blue cheese and sliced jalapeños. My husband and i share fries. On this trip it seemed the berger was thiner then the sliced peppers, greasy and the fries were cold… we were asked how everything was and my husband did say something about the fries… the reply was less then expected, we got an “oh”… not im sorry, can i get you another order of HOT Fries just an “oh” so based on that i kept eating… .maybe next time, just not too soon…

Really enjoyed By-Pass Deli. Didn’t know they served burgers so after learning they did we decided to try them. Burgers are great! Made from fresh ground beef with size options(weight) to choose from. Loved their fried pickles as well. Great prices and great staff. Our server/cashier was very personable and made us feel right at home. We will def be returning to try their other menu options.

Been stopping here for lunch for quite a few years now. Just ordered the Shrimp Po Boy and Curly fries and that has to be the best remoulade sauce that comes as close to real Cajun sauce I have found. Keep up the great service and friendly staff!

Had an amazing experience with this restaurant, The food was amazing, flavor, just perfection, from top to bottom. It was door dashed and surprisingly a had a straw for my drink, napkins, ranch was in the bag with all the food I ordered!! Jalapeno poppers, curly chilly cheese fries, chicken tenders and salad absolutely amazing!
Then I called the restaurant to praise them and caught the owner on the phone to let her know it was fantastic and she was very nice as well, great experience. Great cooks
Customer for life, Thank you

This used to be a great place to eat, but apparently not anymore! The last time I ate there I noticed their awards for “Best burger in Columbia” stopped a couple of years ago, and then I saw why. I ordered the “jumbo” burger, and received what looked to be a McDonald’s reject. I went back today to give it another try. The mushrooms we ordered were beyond disgusting. They had been re-fried AT LEAST TWICE! The breading was fused together, and half of the mushrooms had just fallen out. Three orders of mushrooms, and all were like this or worse. Oh and the extra Ranch that we ordered and paid for, we didn’t get – not that it would have made a difference. I would honestly be embarrassed and ashamed to serve this to people.
